In response to 'persistent chasing of documents' - please note that these were documents your Solicitor failed to send to you due to not having opened a file for your purchase however, our Sales Progression Team chased them on your behalf to assist. Our file notes all emails, calls and response times and these are recorded to have been acknowledged or responded to within 24 hours. Feedback from our client, the seller, was very positive and perhaps mirrors your relationship with your own estate agent.
