I am concerned about the lack of communication.
Thank you for your review, and I’m sorry you were disappointed. Having checked our call logs, a number of attempts over the course of 3 days were made to contact both yourself and your husband regarding your viewing request. The property was extremely popular and a sale was agreed very quickly to buyers who were proceedable. At the time of your enquiry, you had advised that you had a property to sell and were therefore not proceedable. Due to the volume of viewing requests, our clients requested that priority be given to proceedable buyers. I’m sorry you missed out on this occasion and wish you all the best in finding a suitable property.

I cannot recommend Gowland and White enough, From initial contact, to completion of house sale, we have experienced excellent customer care. All queries have been dealt with in an extremely efficient manner by the whole team at the Stockton Branch. I have used this estate agent some ten years ago and received the same care and attention. We will certainly use this agency again. Particular thanks to Demi for the guidance and accessibility she demonstrated through the whole process.

Stockton Branch - Great service getting my property on the market. Everyone was friendly and professional and kept me updated at all times. They facilitated all viewings because the property was empty and I was fully aware of what was going on at all times. Event when things went quiet I got regular updates with progress and support. Tanya was lovely!After the sale was agreed, they did go silent and progress reports would have been appreciated however, when I contacted them they were happy to help. An all round solid service.

GoogleWe could not have asked for a more caring and understanding estate agent. Having put our house up for aale, my husband was beset with several illnesses which hospitalised him for several weeks. Gowland White were exceptional in their help and guidance and did a brilliant job in keeping our buyer informed and staying with the move. After 6 long months we finally got moved. Testament to an experienced estate agent that kept things on track.

Jodene and her team made the whole process so easy and stress free for us. We actually received three offers on our property within a few days of it going on the market which resulted in us accepting the full asking price. We were kept fully informed throughout the sale process and can honestly say we would not change a thing about the way our sale was handled.
