GoogleI have nothing but praise for Gowland White. Their professionalism, efficiency and how lovely they all are in incredible. Nothing is ever too much bother. Special mention goes to Rob Hopkins, who managed my rental property for more years than I can remember. He has always been so proactive in making sure the tenants were happy, finding new tenants when needed and keeping me in check with everything I needed to do as a landlord. I really recommend Gowland White for property management, competitive pricing and top service 👌

GoogleTerrible experience with this company. I hired them to manage my rental property, and they initially agreed to conduct quarterly inspections but struggled to complete even one in six months. After the tenancy ended, I decided to terminate the contract, only to be hit with an exorbitant severance fee and the threat of legal action. They also made frequent administrative errors and then unfairly held me responsible, adding interest to amounts they claimed I owed. This company lacks professionalism and compassion, an incredibly poorly managed business.
This is not a client of Gowland White and has been reported to Google

GoogleWe have just completed on buying our new home through Gowland White, and it proved to be a very smooth process. Throughout the buying process all the staff and particularly Jodene who we dealt with for the mostpart, were very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any queries, questions or requests we had. We completed on the date that we wanted to and were very happy with the service throughout, so can highly recommend!

GoogleVery pleased with the support offered by the Gowland White team, all of whom were particularly helpful. Good communications throughout the viewings, and regular updates from the sales progression team as we went through the legal side. Since we moved out of the house we were selling a couple of months in advance of Completion, they also kept an eye on the property, with checks as required by our insurers. Would recommend!
