GoogleI`ve had the opportunity to find a property to rent and, after the success of the application, I was supported since the beginning by Lucy Sullivan from Leaders. I always did feel in sure hands thanks to her support and kindness, as she demonstrated a huge patience and willingness to satisfy all the questions and doubts from us. All the time I visit the office in Worthing for some technical matters, she always welcomes people with a big smile and nice words. Highly recommended to all people who want to have a solid support and quick responsiveness.

GoogleWe have been tenants with Leaders for the last year and have been very impressed by the personal level of service we have received from Rebecca. A complex maintenance issue has been the crux of our tenancy so far. However, Rebecca has worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to get it sorted, for which we are very grateful. The rest of the admin etc in the lead up to moving in was very straightforward and most can be done via various online portals. All in all we have been impressed and would absolutely use Leaders again if the need required down the line.

GoogleWe had been looking for a property in Worthing for around 4 months and had almost given up hope on ever being able to move closer to my job. We had a viewing with Jade previously that, unfortunately, we could not move into. Ever since that initial viewing Jade has gone above and beyond to ensure that we found a fantastic place to move into that was perfect for us. I would recommend Leaders and specifically Jade to anyone who was looking to move to the Worthing area anytime soon! Thank you for all of your help 😄

GoogleCharlotte, Karen and the whole lettings team have given us excellent service over the 14 years we’ve let our flat. They have always been quick to respond to queries, and have been very helpful understanding the technicalities of being landlords. They have marketed our property well and have been very quick to find tenants of the highest quality which has helped us immensely, meaning that the flat has been rarely left empty for too long between tenants. We would have no hesitation in recommending them in the future.

GoogleI have recently sold my property with `Leaders, and dealt with Joseph Brookes. I have to say, the service I received from him was outstanding. He went the extra mile for me in many ways. As I am an absent owner, there were things I needed to do, but was unable to, being so far away. He offered his services with no hesitation, and I am truly grateful to him for this. He kept me updated every step of the way, and chased the chain on a daily basis and updated sometimes more than once a day, towards the end of the transaction. He was so very helpful, and took a lot of the stress away, from this difficult chain - thank you so much Jo.

GoogleJust to say a massive THANK YOU to Liam @ Leaders Worthing for an amazing response & service. My tenant of 16 years called to say she had no electricity, I called the Property Management Department for help and he managed to source an electrician who attended within the hour and addressed the issue, the contractor even called me with an explanation of the issue just after too - one happy tenant and one very happy impressed landlord - what more can you ask for :)

I Was apprehensive about renting my bungalow a year ago and can honestly say that it has been a breeze due to the staff at Leaders. I particularly mention Suzy for her work in marketing and finding me wonderful tenants and her fabulous way with people - very professional and very funny! Liam is my property ‘lead’ and he is so efficient and always deals with things very speedily and happily. It really helps to have a go-to person who is familiar with the property and knows what’s going on! Liam is a great communicator and listens to my ramblings about the farm! I need not have worried about letting my property at all. Thank you Leaders - you’re doing a wonderful job.

GoogleDealing with Leaders has been an extremely pleasant experience. I would especially like to give a shoutout to Joe from the sales team. As a first-time buyer he was with me every step of the way, regularly checking in with me providing updates whether big or small. He went above and beyond liaising with the long chain of solicitors associated with the property and I cannot express my gratitude enough to Joe. Thank you for all the hard work and we got there in the end!
