My husband and I would like to thank Teresa for the amazing job she has done co ordinating the works on our 3 properties which all came up for re let at the same time. Not great timing for us due to being out of the country and with other stresses to deal with. Without Teresa and her brilliant ability to manage the team of works people and liaise so efficiently with us we’re not sure we would have managed. We are so pleased with all the works that have been required and not sure how she has managed to get things done so well and promptly and at good prices. We are really impressed with the hard work Teresa has put in (always seemingly so cheery) to make particularly the last relet happen (only 1 week turn around) and want to acknowledge how pleased we are with her service Thanks,

Leaders Worthing have been excellent from day one. Beky Potter at the Worthing office was helpful and friendly, she guided us throughout the process to ensure a smooth and efficient service. She was always available to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond for us. During the tenancy we also had the pleasure of dealing with Karen who was very understanding and helpful. She guided us through a stressful and sensitive time professionally and compassionately. I can’t thank Karen enough for her support and all the guidance she has provided us. It is very rare to ever get customer service that is over and beyond what you are expecting but that is what we got with the team at Leaders. They did an absolutely fantastic job at marketing our house (it looked so good we were tempted to keep it!) and they ensured we had a steady stream of people viewing in the first week or so. We were delighted to get an offer so quickly and the team took away all the hassle from the buying process - constantly keeping us updated, sorting out the finances and chivvying a rather slow buyer's solicitor. So glad we made the decision to use a professional estate agent rather than a cheaper alternative, its much better value all in. As we neared completion we were given daily updates, you cant ask for more than that! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Huge thanks to Chris, Molly and Joseph and to Deborah who did a sterling job for a few years before managing the house when it was being rented.

Chris Trott from Leaders Worthing was our first estate agent. We'd never sold a house before. Chris came round and took all the measurements and pictures. He has provided us the valuation reports and followed up with the advert on rightmove, zoopla etc. He has been extremely professional during the viewings and sale process. Regularly kept me updated with the status and pushed the buyer for the exchange once the offer has been accepted. I would recommend Leaders Worthing. Tt was a great experience selling my home.

Lucy Hampton, who was my primary contact, was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Lucy took the time to understand my (somewhat interesting) circumstances, was always professional, never without a smile or positivity, and really listened to and ultimately identified a property that suited my needs. Although Lucy was the person I dealt with the most, all the other staff that I had the pleasure of dealing with were always professional, and also personable & likeable. I would not have any reservations in recommending them should anyone be requiring the support in finding their new home!

Had an amazing experience with Worthing Leaders and Jasmin could not do anymore for us! We had difficult solicitors and Jasmin did not stop hassling them until we finally got out mortgage agreed!
