GoogleOur previous landlord decided to sell our home leaving us urgently needing a new home first we met Owen from the Worthing office and he was brilliant very friendly yet profession made us feel at ease and he encouraged us to look around and ask questions when previous experience a viewing has been very rushed and felt like an invasion of privacy and just not a friendly vibe very rushed but Owen reassured us then we was successful with a property and we met jade from the Worthing office….again a delight happy to help and happy to answer any questions or worries you may have the whole process was daunting alot of sending paperwork over and a lot of signing and a lot of anxiety from an already anxious person but jade and the team made this as quick and hassle free as possible and we have a real sense of security and safety with leaders everything was done vigorously and very professional we got our keys today and we couldn’t be more happier with the whole experience the property and everything inbetween if your looking for a new home I would 100% recommend leaders and if in the future we decide to find a new home I will certainly be wanting to stay with leaders To jade owen and the team thank you all for everything and helping us find our new home

GoogleI received excellent customer service from Chris and Tabetha at Leaders in Worthing throughout the purchase of my beautiful property. As I was selling at the same time around the lead up to Christmas it could have been quite stressful as expected, but nothing was too much for me to ask of them. They had tremendous amounts of patience with my numerous requests to visit the property and questions & advice. Chris kept me informed the whole time with lots of reassurance which is so important at times like these..! I am so happy living at my new property and they fully deserve their 5 stars in my book!!

GoogleSpoke with leaders regarding a leak from from a rented property above me at 4.30pm they don't ring an emergency plumber they let the leak and damage to my property get worse and say a plumber can come tomorrow this is second leak above me in 9 months, and lady on call to me so rude and patronising to me on phone as it doesn't matter if my property gets damaged!! It seems if your a landlord and pay them money they are helpful if a tenant or live under one of their tenants they are useless, the owner says oh they are so good dealt with them for years!! So have I at the other end! bloody useless, patronising! Don't actually care! It's not their property getting damaged!!!!

Very helpful and friendly ,nothing too much and very patient through a very difficult and stressful sale . So I went to local agents Leaders, where Susie Wright offered me a very good competitive deal for a fully managed scheme. I decided that I wanted to transfer to Leaders. I found the staff in all the departments were very efficient and helpful and Susie Wright's personal help throughout the transfer was invaluable.
