I've let flats with leaders worthing for several years. Rebecca Eager is my property manager and provides a superb service. Always quick to reply, quick to chase me up when needed and has dealt with a mixture of repairs and maintenance in a very thorough and professional way, always understanding that landlords need to keep costs down. Rebecca recently did great work shopping for quotes saving money and extra trades on some carpet fitting whilst liasing really well with the tenant. Very happy with service I get and fully recommend.

Mitigated experience with Leaders. Susie & Jade were kind and very helpful to help me find and rent my flat. However 2 weeks after settling down I had a boiler issue managed by Mr McDonald. 3 months after signalling the problem and 6 engineers’ visits my problem is still the same and I live in a flat without hot water in the middle of winter. Extremely disappointed ! Maintenance is terribly slow and in efficient with this company.

We recently used Leaders to find a new home for our family and they have been nothing short of amazing. The previous residents left us with a few things to get resolved but Rebecca has been brilliant. She has been extremely diligent in making sure that all the issues get looked at and resolved and it has eased the frustrations and stress massively and we now have somewhere we are pleased to call home. I can't say we are the easiest of customers so we have certainly felt a little guilty at times but Rebecca has taken it all in her stride and turned it all around in super short space of time and we are so happy and couldn't be more grateful.

The girls at leaders especially jade and Lucy were very helpful they helped me find a place for myself to rent so I could do my job. The no deposit options they use is amazing and worked for my perfectly. Was having a really rough time finding a place and an even harder time sorting out my move but Lucy and Molly were the best estate agents I could've asked for! Returning to Worthing after years abroad my wife (Dani) and I needed a place to rent in a hurry. Leaders is the right choice for those who are searching house for rent. We looked other agencies but it's so difficult and also deposit is not possible to pay at that moment.in that case Leaders helps with no deposit options. Absolutely fantastic people. Shoutout to Lucy who has been extremely helpful from start to finish. Although we did not get the property in the end due to a mishap on my end, I am still very much thankful for all the help Lucy has given us. She worked tirelessly to help me get through referencing (something that I feel bad about because I did not get the property in the end). I would like to also extend my apologies and gratitude to the manager who was very professional despite the conversation we were having about the issue. I hold no ill will against of them - even the landlords. I wish them all well. I would highly recommend Leaders, not just for the service but also because of such wonderful and professional people working there.

I had so many awful experiences with letting agencies before and I was skeptical about Leaders when I signed my tenancy contract with them. I had a one year contract with a property advertised with them, on 2018-2019. I was so pleased about all the agents there, they were ready to help and did not bother them that I was a student. When I left the house, they came in to check everything was right. I had some wear&tears, mainly due to mould stains (after I cleaned them up - obviously not my fault, the walls were not insulated properly), but they did not say a word about it. I can not stop recommending this branch to everybody! There were many people that assisted me, unfortunately I don't remember their names, but Liam was my property manager and was exceptional!
