GoogleI went to Cubitt and West with my son who was about to take a tenancy for the first time. We were met by Ryan Winn who explained the whole process from beginning to end. He was very patient and made sure my son and I understood all aspects of the contract. Ryan met with us at the property 3 times whilst we decided if this flat was the right one for a first time tenant. We were given extra advice and guidance when we needed it and Ryan was able to reflect on the first time he took on property and pass on some of that experience to my son. All-in-all the whole experience was very positive and friendly. I am sure we will use Cubitt and West again in the future.

He was polite, friendly and very helpful, organising appointments and meetings that really helped explain and clarify things as a first time buyer. He kept in touch with updates and was quick to reply to my messages and was just generally great to have as a point of contact.
The rest of the Goring team were very responsive to my emails and always had time if I called through, and even though I ended up purchasing elsewhere, they were all genuinely pleased and excited for me. A great team and couldn't recommend them enough!
