Big shout out to Thomas Goodchild (of lettings and customer care) who is always there when I need him. Last time it was my shower and this time (through no fault of my own) it was my engagement ring that fell down the drain. I was absolutely devastated and so I got through to Thomas who called me to arrange the plumber to come as quickly as he can. Within a day the swift arrangements were made and then Thomas also phoned me after to check that everything had been sorted out for me. I'm so grateful for him always being on hand to sort out all my maintenance issues whenever I have any. He's awesome. Thank you so much for all the excellent service you have provided!

Cubitt were great from the start of the process to the end. Zoe sold the company well, explained the process and organised some fantastic photographs. The sales team were efficient and communicated well during viewings. After a quick sale Julie oversaw the progress of the chain and kept us regularly informed. Moving is a difficult experience and Cubitt made it as stress free as possible, would recommend to anyone selling their home.

They really care about the people they are working for, they go above and beyond to help and support with all aspects of your sale and purchase. They offer advice and the benefit of their amazing experience. They stand out from other agencies due to what they can offer which means potential buyers are always captured.
In particular I have been fortunate to have worked with Alice, Oliver and Luke. No question is too much or too silly they have come and taken new photos when I’ve moved things or changed the furniture they are constantly in touch with a weekly update as well and are always looking at how to maximise on viewings. I have always received feedback. They have never made me feel any pressure to sell or take a cheeky offer.
As cliche as it sounds I have already recommended to all my friends and family to contact them if they are going to sell, the service you receive is amazing and they really look after you.
As I mentioned above in particular if you are selling in and around Worthing then please ask for Alice, Oliver or Luke to look after you as they are the best agents I’ve met (and due to the market I’ve met and dealt with quite a few)
