Emily & Holly mixed up the days of viewing and then asked for a confirmation via email three hours before the correct viewing. I confirmed 1,5h prior to the viewing but they did not show up anyway. Viewing houses makes you busy and you can’t be expected to check your emails constantly. They claimed they could not call me since I do not have a UK number. I’m on both WhatsApp and Viber. It’s 2026. Not professional.

GoogleI recently moved out of London and decided to move down to the South Coast. I registered with Sayde at Cubitt & West from the Worthing branch, and he was brilliant at helping me with my property search. Sayde was very informative and knowledgable and gave me some excellent advice about the local area. I ended up renting in the end and not buying, but I will certainly be using his services again when I am ready to buy.

GoogleCubitt & West were extremely professional when selling my parents' bungalow. This was an executor's sale and C&W valued the bungalow higher than another local agent and as such, we achieved a higher offer. It has been a difficult time and it is somewhat hard to let go, but they all helped make the situation stress free as they found a buyer quickly, kept us informed at every stage and were always there with any queries.
