About me... I'm Mark Buchanan, husband to Julie and dad to our three boys, Jack, Bailey and Morgan. Born and raised in Cumbria, I have spent most of my life living in Workington and have worked across the entire county. I first started working in property in 2012 dealing with lettings in social housing before moving on to residential sales and lettings. Since then, I have valued and sold hundreds of properties across West Cumbria and Carlisle, working for both excellent local independent agents and also the largest estate agency name in the UK, Purplebricks, where I amassed over 100 5* Feefo and Trustpilot reviews from happy customers. Over the past few years I've appeared on numerous episodes of Homes Under The Hammer, covering properties from Beckermet through to Carlisle. When we opened our doors in 2020, we never wanted to be the biggest agent, but to provide the best marketing and the best service to our clients. The same is still true today, which is why we receive such amazing feedback from our clients, with well in excess of 150 5-star reviews. Whether you're buying or selling a home, it can often be a stressful process. Our aim is to try and relieve some of that stress by offering a personal service outside of the usual office hours of 9-5. That's why we're available to our clients 7 days a week, on a more personal, 1-2-1 basis. All of our personal property experts are highly experienced and have the same passion to provide an outstanding level of service to you. Mark did everything, from accompanied viewings to meeting the buyers to handover the keys while keeping us informed along the way. The cost of his services maybe a bit higher than some other estate agents but he is worth every penny. Thanks Mark

They kept it as stress-free as possible. They are both passionate and go the extra mile and are available practically 24/7. They are also very professional, down-to-earth and friendly.
