A well satisfied client

The purchase of this property has been quite a long process but let me state this was in no way down to Mark and his team.. Mark and in particular Julie and Claire have been exemplary in there efforts to make the buying process as stress free as humanly possible. They set up a group with all parties concerned so everyone knew exactly what was happening throughout the process. Phone calls and texts were regularly received and any questions quickly answered, phone calls being returned usually within 15 minuets!! ( This is something all companies should strive to do but sadly don't!) Though out my dealings with Mark and his team everyone was extremely professional, polite and courteous, going out of there way to offer support and reassurance and definitely going over and above what could reasonably be expected, ( even taking their time to answer my calls on their days off!) I cannot sing their praises loud enough and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Mark Buchanan estate agency as the "go to" choice for such matters. So a very big thank you for all the hard work put in by your team, and if I may, particular thanks to Claire ( with whom most of my dealings were with) sadly Claire only 5 stars available, you deserve 11

The friendliest most professional estate agents

We can’t recommend Mark Buchanan Property Group highly enough! They were the estate agents we bought our house through, and from start to finish the experience was brilliant. A special mention has to go to Claire, the sales progresser, who went above and beyond for us. Buying a house is stressful at the best of times, and we really struggled with communication from our own estate agent and solicitor at times but Claire was an absolute star. She kept us updated every step of the way, always responded quickly, and genuinely made us feel so well looked after throughout the whole process. What really stood out was how much she cared, Claire even offered to help us unload into our new house, which says everything about the kind of people they are. We honestly don’t think we could have got through to completion without her support and patience. If we ever move again, there’s no question we’ll be using Mark Buchanan Property Group. By far the friendliest, most professional estate agents we’ve dealt with. Thank you Claire and the whole team! 🙏

Excellent communication

We originally viewed the property via an estate agent who no longer works for mark and when she left we were handed over to Claire and Julie who were on the ball to help us to get through the process a lot sooner knowing we had our baby on the way and wanted to get moved and settled beforehand and we are about to complete the process and receive our keys. Claire and Julie were very happy to help as much as they could and have been very quick. We couldn’t have asked for better people to work with in the house buying process.

Forever Home

Mark and his team have been absolutely incredible in supporting us to buy one of his homes. We stupidly did not use Mark ourselves but thankfully bought a property he was selling and his family have been incredible in speaking with solicitor, estate agents and all parties involved to ensure fast and efficient service. We tried to buy a home through Mark two years ago but unfortunately lost our own buyers and with delays throughout the process we had to take a step back . This year we knew we wanted to find out forever home and thanks Mark and his team we are finally home! These guys should be the benchmark for all estate agents

I recently complete the purchase of a property listed by Mark and am so glad they were the agents involved! The seller struggled to get all the relevant information together, but Claire went above and beyond to keep the deal moving. I've bought and sold a few properties and have to say I've never encountered such diligent, friendly and proactive agents.
