Consistently excellent from start to finish

I’ve worked with Mark before when buying, so I knew I was in good hands, but selling with him (and Holly) was just as good. From the valuation through to getting it on the market, everything felt really straightforward and easy. Second Time with the Buchanan Team

This is the second time we have sold a property with Mark in the last 4 years. Although this time we had difficulties with the chain and process took some time it was through the ongoing hard work and commitment of the team that we sold and bought our new property. The team communicated with us , our buyers , solicitors and other Estate Agents in the chain to ensure we were well informed at all times. Mark and the team managed to fit me in very quickly to give me a valuation and upon confirming to go with Mark, they all very quickly came and got pictures, videos and the information needed. The advert was up in days and were already taking viewings from Facebook before it went live. Once sold, mark and the team sorted all connections and recommended a solicitor to assist with the sale/ purchase of property. Mark & team sold out house in 6 weeks after months of termoil with another estate agent. We got the price we wanted in one of our first offers through him.
