About me... I'm Mark Buchanan, husband to Julie and dad to our three boys, Jack, Bailey and Morgan. Born and raised in Cumbria, I have spent most of my life living in Workington and have worked across the entire county. I first started working in property in 2012 dealing with lettings in social housing before moving on to residential sales and lettings. Since then, I have valued and sold hundreds of properties across West Cumbria and Carlisle, working for both excellent local independent agents and also the largest estate agency name in the UK, Purplebricks, where I amassed over 100 5* Feefo and Trustpilot reviews from happy customers. Over the past few years I've appeared on numerous episodes of Homes Under The Hammer, covering properties from Beckermet through to Carlisle. When we opened our doors in 2020, we never wanted to be the biggest agent, but to provide the best marketing and the best service to our clients. The same is still true today, which is why we receive such amazing feedback from our clients, with well in excess of 150 5-star reviews. Whether you're buying or selling a home, it can often be a stressful process. Our aim is to try and relieve some of that stress by offering a personal service outside of the usual office hours of 9-5. That's why we're available to our clients 7 days a week, on a more personal, 1-2-1 basis. Such a personal approach.. he was available first thing in the morning until late at night, if we had any queries. Mark also made us aware of any property that was coming on the market that was going to be suitable for us and our growing family... in fact he showed us our new home the day it went on the market! If there was ever a missed call he would call us straight back. A personal business going from strength to strength due to hard work and commitment. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

FacebookJust want to say a big thanks to Mark for a professional sale from start to finish extremely professional website with 3D viewing ,virtual measuring tape,3D floor layout etc Offers were flooding in just based on his facebook page alone Commission only which was fine for me as I wanted him to work for his money lol and he certainly did that 5 weeks from board up to handing over the keys definitely a Merry Xmas

FacebookCouldnt believe my luck. A house that we have always dreamed and wanted for so long came up for sale. But couldn't of done it without the help of Mark as I had to get my house on the market within days and sell it, for me to buy the one I wanted and he did it!! He helped us so much with everything.
