About me... I'm Mark Buchanan, husband to Julie and dad to our three boys, Jack, Bailey and Morgan. Born and raised in Cumbria, I have spent most of my life living in Workington and have worked across the entire county. I first started working in property in 2012 dealing with lettings in social housing before moving on to residential sales and lettings. Since then, I have valued and sold hundreds of properties across West Cumbria and Carlisle, working for both excellent local independent agents and also the largest estate agency name in the UK, Purplebricks, where I amassed over 100 5* Feefo and Trustpilot reviews from happy customers. Over the past few years I've appeared on numerous episodes of Homes Under The Hammer, covering properties from Beckermet through to Carlisle. When we opened our doors in 2020, we never wanted to be the biggest agent, but to provide the best marketing and the best service to our clients. The same is still true today, which is why we receive such amazing feedback from our clients, with well in excess of 150 5-star reviews. Whether you're buying or selling a home, it can often be a stressful process. Our aim is to try and relieve some of that stress by offering a personal service outside of the usual office hours of 9-5. That's why we're available to our clients 7 days a week, on a more personal, 1-2-1 basis. Mark was available anytime we had any queries, and we were very impressed with the photos and videos of our property, and feel that they helped gain a lot of interest as soon as it was on the market, resulting in a very quick sale.

FacebookBit of advice. Watch Marks 1st video on this page. I can vouch what he says is 100% true. From the day I asked to view the property. From the day I got the keys. Was 10 weeks. During that time his Customer Service was A Class. And that goes a long way. He was flexible with viewing times. Not the usual 9-5 working pattern. That fit around my busy working day. He answered any queries I had. He listened and understood any of my concerns. Whatever time. His flexibility was greatly appreciated. I really believe when you have a passion in your work you will suceed. And it clearly shows. He as a passion for his work. Thank you for being so good at what you do. And I will for sure recommend you to others!

FacebookWe originally bought another house in November and ended up not getting it in February. Bought another one via Mark and Julie in February and moved in the March. They were fantastic from start to finish and kept us updated throughout and we managed to move within 6 weeks. Would recommend and would use again.
