About me... I'm Mark Buchanan, husband to Julie and dad to our three boys, Jack, Bailey and Morgan. Born and raised in Cumbria, I have spent most of my life living in Workington and have worked across the entire county. I first started working in property in 2012 dealing with lettings in social housing before moving on to residential sales and lettings. Since then, I have valued and sold hundreds of properties across West Cumbria and Carlisle, working for both excellent local independent agents and also the largest estate agency name in the UK, Purplebricks, where I amassed over 100 5* Feefo and Trustpilot reviews from happy customers. Over the past few years I've appeared on numerous episodes of Homes Under The Hammer, covering properties from Beckermet through to Carlisle. When we opened our doors in 2020, we never wanted to be the biggest agent, but to provide the best marketing and the best service to our clients. The same is still true today, which is why we receive such amazing feedback from our clients, with well in excess of 150 5-star reviews. Whether you're buying or selling a home, it can often be a stressful process. Our aim is to try and relieve some of that stress by offering a personal service outside of the usual office hours of 9-5. That's why we're available to our clients 7 days a week, on a more personal, 1-2-1 basis. All of our personal property experts are highly experienced and have the same passion to provide an outstanding level of service to you. By providing brilliant marketing and utilising social media, we help to get the best possible price for a property and in the shortest time.

GoogleI recently bought our property in Whitehaven and I got in contact with the best ever estate agent. He was highly professional and super helpful. He was provided excellent communicating with the sellers, their solicitors and my solicitors. He is always at hand by phone or email. It made the difficult process go very smooth. And on the day of collecting my keys I was also given a welcome new house presentation box. I would highly recommend to get his expert advice when you are going to sell your house.
