I can’t thank Mark enough for how amazing he was during the purchase of my first house! He really went out of his way to help me with every little concern. He was so professional and easy to communicate with and constantly did his very best to make things as easy and as clear as possible for me and enabled the sale to go really smoothly for both parties involved. He is so hardworking and was always available at the end of the phone line to kindly answer my many queries! Brilliant work conducted by Mark during both the selling of our old house and the purchase of the new! What can I say about Mark that hasn't already been said? Not only is he a really nice genuine guy, he's damn good at his job. My house looked gorgeous on the photos and sold within a day. Mark was always on hand to answer my many questions and always returned calls. Nothing was a problem for him and he worked tiresly behind the scenes nudging things along. If it wasn't for him we wouldn't have completed before the stamp duty deadline. I've used other agents in the past and they don't come close. I'm so pleased we used Mark and i would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Back in 2021 I was very happy with Mark’s service in selling our property. His knowledge of the market and professionalism was top class. He was always on hand to respond to any queries and kept us updated throughout every stage. I personally feel he went above and beyond any other estate agent I’d worked with previously. If you want to sell your house, look no further than Mark Buchanan. My house was on the market for a few years and despite trying numerous estate agents, it wasnt selling. I was reluctant to sell in the first place but my house no longer met my requirements. When I became frustrated with what I considered a fair asking price not being met, the first thing other estate agents suggested was dropping the price. There seemed to be a lack of interest in actually selling my house or finding out feedback from viewers. When I approached Mark, immediately he told me that my house was worth every penny of my valuation. He was interested and motivated to help me sell. The presentation of the house was magnificent, he used videos, photos and 3D imagery of the highest quality. His website is professional and engaging and as soon as I saw my property listed on his website, I felt optimistic it would sell. Within the first week I had 3 viewings and 1 offer. Mark did the viewings for me. His feedback was detailed and I felt he had a personal interest in seeing the property sell rather than just showing people round. During the selling process Mark was on hand every step of the way. He explained the process in a clear and concise manner and any hiccup he was always no further than a phone call away. His professionalism shone through and he really is the best person you could ask for. We would give Mark the highest recommendation and will definitely be going back to him when the need arises.

We appointed Mark to sell property, we had inherited due to a bereavement, as he very empathetic to the situation. Even though the property needed some updating he was complimentary about the property, pointing out the good points as well as the potential it had. Mark was so helpful to us with our recent move. We have recently relocated from down south up to Cumbria & Mark went above and beyond to help liaise with our sellers Solicitor for us, as it wasn’t always easy being so far away. Well what can I say, if this review page has 10 stars that’s what I would be giving Mark and Julie. They were absolutely fantastic throughout our process of selling our home. I only recently met Mark, around the end of September. By mid October Mark was showing my son and myself the perfect house for our needs. Mark worked his magic and here we are now early December in our new home for Christmas!! Out of the blue a property came to market that caught our eye, which meant we needed our cottage on the market and sold asap. From our initial phone call to Mark, he came out and had our property valued and on the market within hours, and sold for over the asking price within days! Mark doesn’t just work your standard 9 to 5 hours, he was basically contactable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. He was open and honest and kept us updated every step of the way. Mark had our cottage sold before other local estate agents in the area could even book us in to give a valuation of the property.
