My sister and I would like to say thank you to Mark and his team for providing a highly professional service when we were selling our property. His marketing strategies were outstanding, which resulted in a number of viewings and a quick sale of the bungalow. Throughout the process, Mark was always available (even out of office hours) to answer questions, give advice and support. He kept us informed throughout the selling process and nothing was too much trouble for him. We would highly recommend Mark to anyone who is selling their property.

At the time there wasn't, months later, we got a call to say a house according to our spec will be coming onto the market. We ended up putting an offer down and buying the house. I recently purchased a house which Mark was marketing, I can honestly say he made the process very easy. As a first time buyer I was very unsure of the process, he answered all of my silly questions with patience and kindness, kept me up to date with everything as things were progressing and met me at the house with the keys once the purchase had gone through to check that everything was okay, he even helped me get the water switched on!! He offers a bespoke and personalised service and that was certainly my experience. I would highly recommend Mark and Julie if you are buying or selling, they are honest, realistic, very good at what they do, and they are also lovely people.

We were initially introduced to Mark when he sold our first property when he worked for Purple Bricks. Since that move he had left Purple Bricks and started his own company, so when we came to sell our next property as we were really impressed with the service he provided when he was at Purple Bricks we decided to sell our property through his family run company. His fee is higher than some local estate agents however the service he provides is outstanding and worth every penny. He has a keen eye for detail and along with his son took beautiful pictures of our home along with a video tour. He was contactable basically any time of the day or week and would get back to us right away. Although he does have many other properties and clients he made us feel like we were his only client and helped us achieve a price for our property that exceeded our expectations. If we were to ever move again we would sell our property through Mark Buchanan and I will recommend him to any of our friends and family that come to sell their homes as his service is outstanding. We can’t thank you (team Buchanan) enough for all your help selling our home.

You seriously couldn’t ask for better estate agents. Our sale fell through twice and Mark and Julie got our house back onto the market, did viewings and sold the very next day both times. They were always available to us when I was having one of my many meltdowns thinking we were going to lose the house we had set our heart on. They were calm and professional and I am currently writing this sat with happy tears in my eyes in the house that me and my family have been dreaming of living in for months and months and it’s all thanks to them. Excellent estate agent. I expressed interest in a property which unfortunately had already had a sale agreed. However, that buyer later pulled out and Mark immediately messaged me to see if I was still interested. We agreed the sale at about 10pm at night which just shows how hard Mark works for his clients! His wife Julie dealt with multiple viewings and they responded to any queries within the day, usually within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend to everyone.

Did in 6 weeks what our previous estate agents couldn't do in 6 months!

Mark & team sold out house in 6 weeks after months of termoil with another estate agent. We got the price we wanted in one of our first offers through him. Correspondence was easy via a WhatsApp group set up by his wife Julie who was always just a message away and always replied fast with the exact answer we needed. We hope to never need to move again but if we do it'll be via mark Buchanan!
