FacebookFrom start to finish Nicol & Co have been fantastic. Erica arrived with a portfolio presentation and explained to us really well about a price and the best approach for selling our house. Since then we have had most discussions with Alexandra who has been fantastic. Not only friendly but they genuinely seem to care about their customers. We have not had to chase anything with these guys and everyone has been in contact straight away. We are so very impressed.Especially with the quickness of the sale and the price we received. The confidence they instill in a seller is fantastic - every area of the sale is covered and it fills you with so much confidence and is such a relief !
