GoogleThis is the Second house we have sold with Nicol and Co in15 months. the fact that we went back to them should speak volumes. my wife and i were treated professionally, and at the same time members of the staff that we had dealt with previously remembered things about our family and were interested in what we had been doing. Communication is so important and it appeared that everyone in the office is aware of your situation and are all able to help. This makes for a very easy way of keeping up to date with what is going on. To single out one member of staff without doing an injustice to any others would be to say Robyn's happy can do attitude is brilliant and very good at putting you at ease. If you find moving house a bit of a maze and quite stressful go to Nicols and Co, If we were staying in the area they would again be my first port of call.

GoogleSelling our family home after our dad passed away was tough for myself and my sisters. From the outset Nicol & Co were very sympathetic and caring in how they spoke to us about the house. They understood it was difficult for us as a family and showed compassion throughout the process. They were active when getting our house 'out there' with just the right level of updates throughout. They have made what was an emotional time flow seamlessly. We are impressed.

We were able to discuss any concerns we had and she totally understood where we were coming from. We needed a second viewing and this was arranged without an issue. Alice is also so enthusiastic in helping people find there perfect home we can't speak highly enough about her.
