GoogleHelpful, great communication, quick to address issues, generally a very friendly professional team dealing with lettings. Kerry especially took great care of me. Updated at end of tenancy: Sadly the exit process not at all as efficient. Had to chase emails to confirm notice has been received. No contact regarding exit until less than 24 hours from external party. No arrangements to coordinate check out. Unjust charges for items that were clearly visible on check in. Painful communication.

GoogleRecently let a property out with Romans and their service was excellent and the tenant seems to be very nice as well. I have tried other agencies in Wokingham (who I won't name) and their service was nowhere near as good. Sarah Hood was extremely good at keeping me informed. I would recomment without any hesitation.

GoogleLet my house through Romans. Helpful, friendly attentive staff (particularly Freddie) made the whole process as hassle free as these things can be. Always replied to phone and emails, always offered sound advice. House was let within 6 days of going to market. I chose fully managed service and so far the property management service has been equally responsive.

GoogleTerrible. Travelled 2 hours to a viewing and after waiting around for 15 minutes phoned them up only to find the property was no longer available. This was despite receiving 2 texts on the day confirming the viewing (last one only 2 hours before the viewing).
