Moving can always be really tricky and stressful, but honestly the process has been made so much easier with the team at Romans! Everyone has been so helpful, especially Nina, who hasn't stopped helping me with answering various questions and admin bits along the way! Awful place. They will give you a property in a horrible state. Freezer doors unable to shut with how over frozen they are, stinks etc etc. Then when you return it at the end in immaculate condition after a professional clean, they will still claim it needs to be done again. Charge you. And make up fake charges for replacing a whole toilet because of a water mark down the bowl and buy a new smoke alarm that was broken before we moved in. Seriously recommend staying away.
