We recently sold our house with Romans and can highly recommend. A special thanks to Ian Lewis, who from day 1 was very helpful with lots of guidance as we nervously considered putting our house on the market. Ian did everything to help make the process as stress free for us as possible and always returned calls and kept us up to speed in what was happening. Selling was the easy part of the process thanks to Ian and good updates from the move team also. Thank you!

Hi guys, this is the worse letting agent in the Wokingham I have aver seen. My sister is renting flats managed by them, has been left without gas at all for a month. They did nothing after writing them several emails. Plz advised what can I do and would advise not to use them at all otherwise you will suffer.

I have been using Romans for many years to let a property. They have helped again recently, where I have been dealing with Sarah, who has been really responsive and supportive in getting the property ready for letting. A few things needed sorting which was done really efficiently and connected me directly with trades people to be most efficient. I had a very disappointing experience with this estate agency. Communication was consistently poor, and despite discussing my preferences in detail, the properties shown to me were not suitable at all. I felt my needs were ignored, and there were frequent delays in responding to my inquiries. When I raised concerns, they were not properly addressed. Overall, it was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable service.

We've just worked with Adam Colvin to find our dream home and he has been excellent, efficient and organised throughout. From our first telephone call where he convinced us to see a greater variety of houses (and the one we've actually chosen!) to the last days of negotiations communication has been regular and efficient. We've seen about 10 homes with him and he's been fully prepared for all of our intrusive questions! He's been really flexible with our timings and helped us fit house viewing around our difficult schedule. And it's genuinely felt like he's wanted us to find the house that's right for us. After a hit and miss service from romans letting in other places we were a little cautious but I couldn't have pictured a better estate agent than Adam- I can't recommend him highly enough!

I spoke to a number of other agents, however Romans stood out for the power of their sales team, the depth of their expertise, and their incredibly high levels of customer service. In particular Dan Salisbury provided me with excellent professional guidance along with personal assurances when things got stressful. If you don't want to be upset stay away from this company. They share your personal information with other companies without your permission. We agreed for the house I rented in Wokingham to be cleaned and the carpets washed but the carpets have not been washed and there is a strong curry smell in the house. They do not get back to me despite my phone calls and emails.
