We're in the process of buying a house through Romans in Wokingham, they've been great. Morgan has been helping us & he's been really good, quick to answer questions, prompt in getting back to us when needed. He showed us round the house for our first visit & went out of his way to arrange a revisit the second time we saw the house. He certainly helped to sell it to us. We' ve dealt with a few local agents whilst buying, Morgan stands out as the best we've seen.

I would recommend Romans Wokingham to anyone looking to rent or buy a property in Wokingham. They are without doubt the most efficient company I have come across during our time here. Definitely the best experience we have had since our arrival in the UK in 2020. Jagdeep Randhawa has been our managing agent. She is professional, knowledgeable, thorough and a pleasure to work with. We couldn't have wished for better treatment, she is an asset to the company. Andrei the gentleman who initially showed us the apartment is also outstanding once again perfect professional service from Romans and their staff. Anyone looking for a company to look after their property would have to look far and wide to find better than Romans! Thank you to you all for a wonderful experience and such a happy time in our lovely apartment.

We unfortunately picked the wrong estate agent to start with but fortunately for us Jack from Romans kept in regular contact to see how things were moving along or not in our case, he was at all times friendly and very professional and as soon as our contract was up we contacted Jack who got the ball rolling straight away and in less than a week we had two offers for the property one of which we have excepted. Everyone we have had contact with at Romans has answered all of our questions been friendly and professional in their approach, we can’t thank Jack and his colleagues enough for the way they have handled our sale, and we highly recommend them as being the estate agent to go to if you are looking to sell or buy a property in Wokingham

We unfortunately missed out on a flat as an offer had been put in, but Andrei at Romans Wokingham straight away provided us with other options and within 10 minutes of the phone call we had another viewing booked. The viewing was great, all our questions were answered and everything went smoothly and we put an offer in that same evening. We had found looking for a suitable property in Wokingham an endless nightmare, but when we found a prospective opportunity with Romans, Andrei was immediately much more personable than the other Letting agencies we had to deal with. Unfortunately the property wasn't for us, but another was found by Romans that suited us perfectly. We were then introduced to Sam who helped us constantly through the whole process (even when other departments were "unavailable ") . I can't say how much his calm attitude and down to earth persona kept us at ease and follow up calls to check we are OK. My initial concern was working with a large company there would be no interaction and we are just numbers in their system. Sam's help and constant replies to our questions and assistance put our concerns to rest. Thank you Sam.

Honestly, I couldn't wish for a better service from any estate agents, they were informative, approachable and happy to help with all the questions we had.
