Bourne Estate Agents make the Impossible POSSIBLE ! Joining Bourne was THE BEST DECISION we took! Bourne SOLD IT! After being on the market for 8 months with Bourne's competitor, and two failed sales (the 1st time, the chain fell days before exchange, and the second time, the buyer just vanished), we took the decision to switch the Estate Agency, and join Bourne, as we became extremely unhappy with the current agency! And let me tell you, joining Bourne was THE BEST decision we took. They completely understood our situation, learning about the failed attempts of selling our property, and they took things personally, going the extra mile in order to see us exchange contracts on the house we wanted. And without no doubt, they managed to sell our property withing days after the house went on the market under their Agency. One thing that I absolutely appreciated about their approach for selling the property was that they never brought over people that were not directly interested in this type of property such as ours, which meant that we sold so fast. With previous agency, took us 2 months to get a buyer, so you can see right away that Bourne's approach is bringing results right away. We worked very close with their office, and met the gentlemen that form Bourne. They were extremely professional and they would call regularly to let you know of what's going on. Even the Agency Manager, Andy, was calling in to make sure things are good. The gentleman looking after our case was Bradley. Now, Bradley, without no doubt, he went the extra mile in seeing this sale/purchase happening for us. He called in regularly,chased and double chased the solitors and mortgage advisors, and even helped me out with a very complicated inquiry raised by our buyer. This particular inquiry, because of its complexity, was dragging for 2 months now, until Bradley and I dug in a bit, took things in our hands, and solved the issue in 48h. Bradley even called me outside his working hours to update me, and he even called me on his day off to chase the solicitors so we can exchange. ABSOLUTE LEGEND!!! Hats down to Bradley! In conclusion: so happy with their service from start to finish. No doubt, Bourne is the way forward!

Andy, Ross and Ollie did a brilliant job of selling my flat in Woking. It was a difficult brief due to EWS1 complications and we went through several iterations before finally getting a buyer across the line. After completing on a sale today this was by far the best experience I've had with an estate agent. Unlike most agents, Bourne work hard to get the right sale for their client. This includes using innovative marketing techniques to get high levels of interest/demand, which maximises your chances of getting the most value from your sale. If the offer isn't what you're looking for, they don't try to pressure you into accepting as other agents will, they're on your side and negotiate for you. Post-sale support was excellent too all the way through to completion. Would highly recommend. Thanks in particular to Bradley, Andy and Oliver - top effort from all of you!

Their initial appraisal was well researched and the subsequent marketing strategy was planned and executed in the same conscientious manner. The service and communication was exemplary and they maintained the same high standards through out (we had 40 viewings through no fault of their own) - I cannot fault them. If you want to sell your house in Woking, use Bourne.

After a bad experience with another agent in the area, it was an absolute pleasure to discover Bourne. Their marketing of our property was clearly well thought out and targeted to potential buyers who were seriously interested rather than idly curious - which resulted in a sale on the first day of viewings. Ross, who conducted the viewings, was polite, friendly, relaxed and knowledgeable about our house and the area it was in.
