I recently let my property through Bourne, with tenants moving in on 20 April 2020. Even in these difficult covid19 times, I found the staff to be always accessible and extremely efficient to deal with. The company has clearly put much effort into putting in place robust policies, procedures and good technology to ensure legal and swift setting up of tenancies. I consider them to be more efficient in covid19 times than many estate agents are in more normal times. Well done Matt and team!

We had a sale fall through with another agent and then decided to appoint Bourne as our agent as theirs were the only "sold" boards in our area. My Partner and I just purchased our very first property and we honestly couldn’t reccomend Bourne enough! The whole experience is so much more than we could have ever expected! All the staff especially Nicola and Andy were incredibly hands on and ensured that we got in our property as quick as possible!
