I'm really satisfied with their company and support. It was amazing, throughout buying the house they asked me about progress and how is it going for me. As a first buyer, I have to say that their it was very straightforward and easy to deal with. Everything was set out very clearly from the beginning. Great communication and updates. I really appreciate their hardwork and thank you verg much! I would definitely highly recommend other friends and family!

GoogleWe recently purchased a property and Bourne Estate Agents were the sellers representative. The purchase chain proved to be very difficult indeed, due to someone at the start of the chain. George Caporn from Bourne's helped keep the transaction alive. He was proactive, provided good communication and very supportive. I have no doubt we would not have been able to make the purchase without his and his colleagues support. I guess its only when things go wrong that you appreciate the real professionals around you. Would Highly recommend

We are disappointed to read this, particularly as no concerns were raised with us at any stage during the transaction and we were not given the opportunity to address any issues before this review was posted. For clarity, the extended timeframe was a direct result of your decision at the outset to split the title and separate the garage. As discussed at the time, this required a new title to be created and registered with the Land Registry before exchange could take place. This legal process is entirely outside of an agent’s control and can take several weeks to complete. Throughout this period, we provided weekly updates and consistently chased all parties to ensure the matter progressed as quickly as possible. Once the Land Registry completed the registration, the transaction proceeded to exchange and completion. We are pleased that we secured a buyer and successfully saw the sale through to completion, particularly after a previous attempt to sell had been unsuccessful via another agent. We remain confident that we acted professionally and proactively throughout. Should you wish to discuss this further, we would still welcome that conversation. GoogleThis is the 2nd time I have bought/sold a property via Bourne and just like the first time, they have been absolutely fantastic. A huge thank you to Shaun, Ross and Bradley. Each of them helped me during this stressful time. My knowledge in this industry is limited, however I was confident and reassured by their experience and their efficiency that they would provide me with a fantastic and quick sale. Shaun kept me very well informed throughout the whole process and was always available to speak to me when I called in, he answered any of my questions and put me at ease. Ross took fantastic photos of my house which brought in so much interest, he also showed around all the viewings and gave me feedback from each viewing. Ross even remembered taking photos of my house about 2 years prior, which were actually the photos I saw which made me buy my house (the continuity was amazing and made my experience so personal). They also sold my house for a considerable amount more than I thought it would ever go for (within a very short time too). So once again, thank you all very much. When I buy my next house, I will be using these guys again! 100% recommend!

GoogleI really can't recommend Bourne Estate Agents in Woking ENOUGH! Sales Consultant Bradley Holt went above and beyond to help me complete on my flat purchase this month. It was by no means a straight forward process (8 months in the making), but Bradley was brilliant through out; he persevered with many tricky instances, was always so professional and always kept me in the loop. Even when Bradley wasn't in the office when I called, his colleagues always knew what was going on and could always help me (special mentions to Ross and also George). Bradley remained both professional yet so personable through out the whole time - I really can't thank him enough!!

GoogleIf you have a property for sale in the Woking or surrounding area, I simply can’t recommend Bourne (Woking branch) enough. I have had my 1 bedroom flat on the market for a long time with different estate agents who didn’t produce any results (not even 1 offer came through!). I was recommended Bourne by a friend who said they were a proactive agent and they didn’t disappoint. I unfortunately decided to sell my flat at the wrong time due to personal circumstance - cladding concerns after the tragic Grenfell, Covid so a mainline station to London wasn’t desirable like it used to be and then the cost of living crisis and mortgage rates soaring (so this ruled out a lot of first time buyers)! Due to this perfect storm, 2 of my sales fell through however the team at Bourne did not give up. They gave me guidance on how to push for a new buyer and when I got a 3rd offer, the buyer’s solicitor was incredibly slow and unresponsive. Bourne spent a VERY long time chasing and pushing for the sale to be wrapped up. Chris and his team were all super communicative throughout and made sure I got regular updates. I am likely their longest serving client as it has been such a process but I still felt like gave me the service that I would have got as a brand new customer - even though they were on a set fee, no matter how much work they did. I will absolutely only be using the Bourne Woking team for any future property sales I have. The biggest thank you to all the team who played their part in getting my sale over the line!

Google2022-2023 After a year, I still do highly appreciate the service of Bourne. The Lettings Consultant, Brandon Reynolds is professional and helpful. He is always informative and patient. The property manager, Karen Reynolds is efficient. She always gives prompt reply and help.The inventory clerk, Mark Evans is helpful. He provides detail explanation. I am happy to meet such a perfect dream team at Bourne. Good service 👍👍👍👍 2021-2022 It is our first time to rent a property via Bourne. Although we are just only in a let-agreed phase, we do have a very good experience with the helpful and patient agent, Jess Dixon. We believe everything will go very smoothly as we luckily meet such a good agent.😊
