If you have a property for sale in the Woking or surrounding area, I simply can’t recommend Bourne (Woking branch) enough. I have had my 1 bedroom flat on the market for a long time with different estate agents who didn’t produce any results (not even 1 offer came through!). I was recommended Bourne by a friend who said they were a proactive agent and they didn’t disappoint. I unfortunately decided to sell my flat at the wrong time due to personal circumstance - cladding concerns after the tragic Grenfell, Covid so a mainline station to London wasn’t desirable like it used to be and then the cost of living crisis and mortgage rates soaring (so this ruled out a lot of first time buyers)! Due to this perfect storm, 2 of my sales fell through however the team at Bourne did not give up. They gave me guidance on how to push for a new buyer and when I got a 3rd offer, the buyer’s solicitor was incredibly slow and unresponsive. Bourne spent a VERY long time chasing and pushing for the sale to be wrapped up. Chris and his team were all super communicative throughout and made sure I got regular updates. I am likely their longest serving client as it has been such a process but I still felt like gave me the service that I would have got as a brand new customer - even though they were on a set fee, no matter how much work they did. I will absolutely only be using the Bourne Woking team for any future property sales I have. The biggest thank you to all the team who played their part in getting my sale over the line!

2022-2023 After a year, I still do highly appreciate the service of Bourne. The Lettings Consultant, Brandon Reynolds is professional and helpful. He is always informative and patient. The property manager, Karen Reynolds is efficient. She always gives prompt reply and help.The inventory clerk, Mark Evans is helpful. He provides detail explanation. I am happy to meet such a perfect dream team at Bourne. Good service 👍👍👍👍 2021-2022 It is our first time to rent a property via Bourne. Although we are just only in a let-agreed phase, we do have a very good experience with the helpful and patient agent, Jess Dixon. We believe everything will go very smoothly as we luckily meet such a good agent.😊

Brandon made our move very easy and was a great support to us! He helped us in our initial search for properties, always corresponding in good time and being available when we had any questions. Once we found our property he helped us secure the tenancy and was really reassuring when we needed him to be! I would like to highly recommend the whole team at Bourne Woking Branch, They have all gone above and beyond helping me with the sale of a relatives home. I honestly couldn't of asked for a better team to help me and always had their reassurance and guidance at the end of the phone or email. I always knew there would be hiccups due to the house but while I was stressing the team stayed cool and calm and found ways to help me. Whilst looking to sell my property in Horsell we approached the normal go to village estate agent and also gave Bourne the opportunity to pitch for handling the sale. The contrast in knowledge of the market and actual interest in selling the property was chalk and cheese. Bourne demonstrated knowledge, shared a sales strategy that was well thought out and had the hunger to successfully make the sale. The other was complacent and expected to be appointed. Unsurprisingly, Bourne were appointed and went on to successfully execute the sales strategy achieving a sale price we were very happy with. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Shaun Barnes at Bourne for my property search as a new buyer. I dealt with many agents during my search and Shaun really stood out for all the right reasons. If I could give 6 stars out of 5 I would! These guys were communicative and efficient, driving the sale and keeping me informed at all stages, all whilst being decent and friendly humans. I had had a bad experience with another agent in Woking and was very selective about who I would allow to market my house the second time. Bradley, who was dealing with my sale was always truthful, reliable and personable. Andy, who appraised my property was also always honest, personable and available to discuss my property when required. I’ve had misgivings about agents previously not really working hard for their fee, but these guys really worked beyond expectations and deserve their fee. The other side had a particularly bad conveyancer and Bradley did everything he could to help the buyer and I to keep the process moving. If you have a property to sell or rent, or are looking to buy/rent, then I can’t recommend Bourne more highly. Thank you so much!
