GoogleThere is a change of tenant after a very long tenancy and the flat needs refurbishing. Amira has been very helpful and efficient during this time, especially since I now live a long way away. This work is now completed and the flat is available for letting again. Amira has been excellent throughout.

GoogleI came into the office on the 13Th September and was immediately greeted with a lovely warm welcome, the staff in the Weybridge office were so helpful and even offered me a drink while they assisted me with my query. Leaders in Weybridge is by far the best agent in the High Street.

GoogleLeaders has been our property management company for the past 5 years and we have always had the most efficient and friendly service from them - they clearly care about doing a good job both for the tenant and for the landlord. A very good example of this is our recent problem with a gas leak. Katy from Leaders did a superb job at assisting our tenants throughout the ordeal, ensuring we were kept informed. The crisis was resolved safely and efficiently due to Katy's quick responses. Thank you Katy!

GoogleFeedback for Amira Valentine-George, Leaders Weybridge. I have found Amira to be a positive, professional and responsive member of your team. She consistently displays attention to detail and maintains appropriate communication relative the issue at hand. We have spoken many times, both over the telephone and in person at the Weybridge office and on each occasion Amira has been extremely polite and attentive, providing clear, concise and informative answers. Both Amira’s written and verbal communication is effective and delivered at what I consider to be an appropriate level. When requesting documents, Amira has provided these in a timely manner. During recent end of tenancy negotiations and ongoing and maintenance issues, whilst the tenants were still in place, Amira communicated with the tenants, contractors and myself in a proactive and positive manner, organising tradesman visits the the property, providing me with quotes, then at my request, liasing directly with my own contractor, Tom Mason, to reach a satisfactory outcome. Tom Mason advised me that Amira had been easy to communicate with and helpful in aiding him with access to the property. Below I have noted a couple of headings and my views: Integrity: proven. Communication: timely and appropriate Problem solving: good Customer service focus: excellent Amira is an asset to Leaders and this should be recognised by her manager and Leaders. As a property owner I commend Amira to Leaders.
