Whitelys staff was a pleasure to deal with on a daily basis. Although the process had a few stumbling blocks which came up (none of which was the estate agents faults) they help resolve the issues and a helpful guide through the process. Understanding and always available to talk things through.

The particulars for all of the properties were very professional and informative with accurate floor plans. I was able to have regular contact with my agent who kept me informed all the way along and was able to provide me with invaluable tips and advice as a first time buyer and walk me through exactly how the whole process would work and any bumps that there may be along the way. We were able to complete a leasehold purchase from start to finish in two months. A wonderful service, thank you :) Highly recommended and I will certainly use them again.

Having had some experience with other estate agents who seem to only be interested in the sale and not in providing a service, I was pleasantly surprised by this family business. They did all that they could to facilitate a smooth sale whilst all of the time keeping me well informed and even offering me their personal mobile number to call out of hours so that i could stay in touch when the buyer started to play games.Selling a house and moving is a well known stressful activity and yet they did all that they could to minimise the difficulties, over and above my expectations. I have no reservations in recommending their services to others.

We were very happy with the way in which Whitleys handled our sale. From the initial house price estimate, through the viewings, offers and to completion, Whitleys handled everything in a calm professional and helpful manner. Always courteous and unfailingly cheerful, they responded promptly to issues as they arose, providing advice on what they considered to be, and were in our best interests. When our front door lock broke accidentally, they stepped in to sort it out quickly and at no cost. Highly recommend them.

I bought my flat through R.Whitley and Co. They provided me with a good service, always professional and answered all my questions in a timely manner.. The only reason I did not give an 'Excellent' rating was because initially when the flat was pitched to me, I was told that I would have access to the gym on site. This obviously made the flat more attractive to me and I was quite disappointed to find out later that the block that the flat belonged to did not have access to the gym. Maybe there was some miscommunication between the seller and agent, but I think for next time, the agent should definitely double check all the particulars. Overall I was happy with service I received..
