i had many dealings with Marie, John and Sophie during my 3 months or so of house hunting, and they were all positive! During that time they were always attentive and very helpful. I always felt that they has my best interests at heart and would definitely use them again!

We’ve been dealing with Katie Sheridan…

We’ve been dealing with Katie Sheridan now for a few years - as she has managed our property let - it can be a tricky job balancing the needs of both tenants and owners - in our experience Katie has managed this effortlessly - unlike some who we have used in the past in a different part of the country - Personal relationships and trust are important characteristics when deciding which agency to use - and so far we have made the right choice

I wanted to specifically recognise Thomas Goodchild for the support he has given me throughout what has unfortunately been a very difficult tenancy experience.

Very pleased with this branch as an estate agent. Marie, John and our sales progressor Patricia were all extremely helpful with the sale progression especillay when there were delays due to solicitors. Although , for family reasons, we withdrew the property from sale at an early stage - we were very impressed by John and his team with the enthusiasm and speed they put in towards the sale. The firm has an impressive system in place for contacting interested buyers and the professional photography is second to none.PositiveProfessionalism

Cubitt & West have been great from start to finish. We had a bad experience with Mansell McTaggart (truly awful, avoid!) and C&W were a breath of fresh air in comparison. I cant recommend the team at Crowborough highly enough. Special shout out to John and Jordan who were always so helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help us. Super responsive, efficient and on the ball. I really felt like they cared and wanted to help. Thanks again guys!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I would like to say a huge thank you to John Marie and Jordan for all the work and support in selling my house. A great and friendly service who were accommodating to my needs and were open in terms of offering advice and easy to talk to throughout the experience which was my first in selling a property. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services and will certainly revisit the team when the time comes! Thank you

Highly recommended John & Jordan and their lovely sales progressor Emma. It got very stressful with the solicitors but John stepped up and went above and beyond to sort out issues and Emma kept me informed the whole way through. When I sell in the future I’ll be using them again. What a lovely and caring team. If you are buying or selling with these guys they are so professional and on the ball. It’s made me like Estate agents again! Thanks team!

From the valuation to our sale and purchase, both through the Crowborough branch, we received great service. We were kept up to date with everything and any questions we had were answered promptly. Nothing was too much trouble for the guys in the office. When we were searching for our new home we actually discounted looking at the one we eventually bought, John persuaded us to go and look as he said we would be surprised and we actually was! John, Jordan and Marie worked with us with our preferred viewing times and booked us in pretty much straight away. The sales progressor Emma was also very helpful and kept us fully informed. All in all a very good service, thanks so much to everyone at the Crowborough branch!

We didn’t use Cubitt and west as our main estate agents but we brought our house through them. I dealt with a man called Jon mostly and he was amazing from start to finish. Any question I had was answered quickly and any problems were rectified that day. I couldn’t recommend him enough. Before we brought the property Marie was contacting me regularly with anything they had coming up on the market and it was thanks to her that we have found our dream home. Yesterday I picked the keys up from Jordan who I hadn’t dealt with too much but he was so friendly and polite. I think they are a great team and would highly recommend them to anyone in the future who asks me they want a estate agent. Thanks again Scott Taylor

We bought our first home last year and John and the team were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process. We honestly couldn’t have received a better service. Emails were answered promptly and John was always happy to answer any questions. We look forward to dealing with Cubitt & West again in the future.

John and his team worked really hard from the moment we decided to sell my parents house. It wasn’t just John’s honest and open sales pitch that made our minds up, it was the portfolio we were shown and the top quality images on the website, as well as the dolls house technology that made us use Cubitt & West. All the communication from Jordan was excellent, prompt and informative. Jacky went above and beyond as well. Highly recommended.

Our experience with Cubitt and West…

Our experience with Cubitt and West Crawley branch had been amazing. Nicole Holland the office manager had been very welcoming and patient since the beginning. The team had indeed been very prompt and professional in handling even the smallest of things that did ease the transfer. We had a very good journey with Cubitt and West throughout the process and would definitely recommend them. Hood luck and cheers !!!

John and the team at the Crowborough office were extremely professional and helpful from first viewing through to the completion of my purchase. The gift box received along with the keys was also a very nice touch! I would highly recommend Cubitt & West in Crowborough when looking to buy or sell a property.

Cubitt & West were fantastic, John found me the most perfect house which I'd been searching for for months. The team supported me all the way through the purchase and were there for me all the way through to the very last minute. Thank you, Marie, for your wonderful interception on moving day. Great team and fabulous support. Highly recommend them.

From our first meeting with John for a valuation until completion of the sale, nothing was too much trouble. Selling a house can always be a stressful time, especially when the market takes a downturn but the team at Crowborough, John, Jordan and Marie worked tirelessly to keep things moving. We were kept fully informed of everything that was happening at all times, both from the Crowborough branch and also from Emma our sales progressor . We couldn't have asked for a better service, a huge thank you to everyone at the Crowborough branch.

We had a very positive experience selling a flat through the Crowborough office. This could have been a stressful time, since we did not live in the area. However, we were kept well informed throughout the process and John, Jordan and all the team in the office worked hard to secure a sale and to ensure that the process was straightforward. Any time I contacted the office, regardless of who I spoke to, our query was dealt with efficiently and we received a quick response.

We experienced a great service from Cubitt & West. Unfortunately the property we bought didn't end up being through them, however the punctuality and friendliness of the service provided for viewings etc was on point - A particular thanks to Jordan for this!PositiveResponsiveness

We have just completed a very difficult purchase, through this agency, it took many months & lots of phone calls, some of them tearful! Throughout John, Marie & Jordon were always helpful & professional, but friendly too, John went out of his way to help & was more like a friend to us. I cannot praise them all highly enough & would recommend anyone looking to sell or buy to use their services.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
