TrustpilotCubbit & west redhill branch..
Cubbit & west redhill branch... as this was going to be my first time selling a property i didn't know what to expect but picking up the phone and making that call to the team at Cubbit and west was a very good decision, I spoke to jayde who explained the process and from then onwards it was plain sailing right upto the day the contracts were exchanged. I would definitely recommend them..

TrustpilotExceptional Service.........
My experience with Cubitt and West, specifically Katie Sheridan and Abbie Tallack was exceptional taking a significant amount of stress moving to a new area! I thought selling was stressful and didn't expect the rental market to be such a challenge.

GoogleThoroughly recommend the Crowborough branch of Cubitt and West. Our personal experience of their Agency has been nothing less than 5 star, from the first call to the branch to the valuation process all the way through to the sale. John and his colleagues have been friendly, professional, accommodating and transparent. A real pleasure to do business with, and a total contrast and polar opposite of another multiple chain agency in the town.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleA brilliant branch team, very friendly and helpful who worked very hard for us. Marie is an excellent sales negotiator and I don't believe we would have had such success without her efforts. John gave lots of good advice and was always keen to accommodate anything we asked for quickly and with no fuss. We found them to be more professional and personable to deal with than the many other estate agents in Crowborough.

TrustpilotIm not happy about the oven handle it…
Find it a bit unfair that the oven handle was cracked when we moved in to the flat and now is broken of and got to replace this
Thank you for your feedback, which is appreciated. If you have not done so already, we would encourage you to report this issue via the Tenant Hub so that it can be relayed to your Landlord. We can then take their instructions in respect of any repairs that they wish to agree to and arrange these with you. Please appreciate however that any repairs actioned will need to be with your Landlord's permission. Whilst we can facilitate arranging any works agreed, we are unable to authorise these without your Landlord's prior consent. Thank you again for your comments and we hope that the above is of assistance. Kind regards Cubitt & West

TrustpilotProactive Professionalism.
My thanks, especially to Laura for her proactive professionalism, as well as Derek, Rosie & the whole team at Cubit and West, Arundel, (West Sussex), for their patience during stressful times, clarity of communication and proactive service in securing a perfect buyer for my property where others had failed. After nearly two years, (with other agencies), it was Laura who sealed the deal at the asking price, no chain, no fuss, everybody happy - especially me! Thank you, Laura.

GoogleCubitt & West are an excellent estate agent. John and Charlotte were fantastic to work with on purchasing our new house. It was a very difficult and stressful move, however John navigated us through the maze of issues that occurred and we now have our lovely house in Crowborough. TrustpilotOutstanding Customer Service
I’ve been looking to buy somewhere in Brighton for over a year and interacted with a range of sales agents. None are like Deborah Collins from the Home X development. Her knowledge, rapport, friendliness and importantly, proactivity made enquiries and interactions such a positive experience. Now after a year I'm finally purchasing a property (that surpassed my initial expectations) in Brighton and that's down to Deborah.

GoogleSadly we did not finally buy a house through Cubitt & West but John, Marie and Jordan were exceptionally helpful in trying to find a suitable home. They did find a lovely house for us but before the sale went through the sellers took it off the market.
Hello Margaret, Thank you for your kind review - we will pass this on to the team! Best wishes, Cubitt & West

GoogleJohn and his team (including Jordan, Marie, Emma and Jacky) did a fantastic job selling my late father's property in a rapidly changing market. With more than one buyer pulling out unexpectedly during the process, they put in a huge effort to keep interest going. Progress updates were regular and they responded quickly to all my queries. And when the roof sprang a leak (!) after the sale was finally agreed, they even found contractors at very short notice to quote for the repairs.
