What a pleasure to have sold my house with Cubbit and West the team John, Jordan, Marie and Jacky where brilliant and very helpful throughout the whole process , the house was sold very quickly, though it fell through due to buyers personal problems, John sent another viewing the same day, I then had an offer at full asking price the next morning and all went very smoothly. Thanks guys .

Absolutely awesome service! John and Emma are brilliant. They could not have been more helpful. The communication is superb, with regular updates. They help chase the solicitors and other parties etc. They were easy to contact for viewings and to make any other arrangement. If there was a 6th star option, I would use it here.

Charlotte assisted us with a property viewing, and was extremely informative and friendly. We were surprised by Charlotte’s knowledge on the property and she talked openly with us about the property’s potential/areas to develop. It was a breathe of fresh air.PositiveResponsiveness

Truly grateful to John and all the team at Crowborough for the service they provided on the sale of my home. From the initial appointment with John to value and sign up, through to the niggly frustrations that arose to close off the sale, often ably handled by the unflappable Marie, I received nothing but instant, friendly and knowledgeable care and support. Thanks ALL.

We have recently sold our property in Crowborough via Cubitt & West and I wished to report that the process was made extremely easy and handled very professionally and pleasantly by John and Marie in the Crowborough branch. I therefore have no hesitation in highly recommending them and suggesting that you talk to them if considering selling in this area.
