Seamless process

Seamless process, never a problem arranging a number of re-viewing after offer was accepted and always accommodating with various surveys. All staff friendly and always helpful.

Very satisfied with the service Cubitt and West provided. Friendly efficient staff who went the extra mile to accommodate viewing times that suited me. The marketing was superb and I was especially impressed with the on line viewing video which showed off my property to its best. They found me the most perfect new home so I couldn’t be happier. Thank you very much.

Cubitt & West were excellent when handling the recent sale of our house. They were proactive and always available when we needed to speak with them. They gave good, straight advice, always with a sense of humour. All in the team were great, with John Furber and Charlotte Arnold deserving a special mention.

As I competitor and fellow estate agent it pains me to write this review but John, Marie, Jordan and the rest of the team at cubitt & west have been brilliant. From initial viewing to exchange they we're fantastic. Emma the sales progressor is an angel who held together a very volatile chain, no thanks to an agent within said chain that made matters worse. Thank you all for everything and we look forward to making the house our home. We got there in the end!

I chose Cubitt and West due to the passion and enthusiasm Branch manager John had for the property and his knowledge of the market. Communication with the branch was faultless- Marie, Jordan and Emma all were easily accessible, professional and above all helpful. I received regular updates and the online portal was an easy way to see the number of viewings and feedback obtained. I have used cubitt and west before and no doubt will use them again! Thanks for your hard work team!
