They have a proactive sales team who do call round and message contacts but it's not always clear which you're going to deal with. You do pay additional for the photos as they outsource which seems a little cheeky.

After being recommended by a family member who had recently sold through this branch, we contacted them to do a valuation. At first we believed that the estimate was unrealistically high but John who we dealt with seemed very confident. It didn't take long at all for viewings to start pouring in and we received multiple offers, including one at the asking price which we were very pleasantly surprised by. Long story short, everyone at the Crowborough branch were all extremely helpful and easy to talk to throughout. They answer their phones and emails quickly, help with whatever you can think of and genuinely make you feel like they care about you as a vendor instead of just the commission like a lot of other agents. Highly recommend to anyone considering selling their property.
