GoogleI cannot recommend Warren Anthony enough. Dan and his team were fantastic from my initial viewing of my new flat to its final purchase. They were extremely quick and diligent in following everything up and always available to answer any queries I had. I will definitely be using Warren Anthony when I come to sell my flat in the future.

GooglePlease, please AVOID them. Never´d seen a EA director (Tony King) with such a lack of respect and unscrupulous. Arrogantsand unreliable. Contact them if you wanna be treat it like an animal or you wanna listen multiples lies and different ways to make you waste your time. I can´t say a positive thing from them. Good Afternoon I am disappointed to read your comments and find them somewhat offensive.. However this is not unusual in our line of work when clients are unsuccessful in securing a property. For clarity the property you were interested in was remarketed as the buyer had an issue with their mortgage offer and the seller insisted we remarketed the property on 27th July. You were fully aware of this situation as were all of the other parties who made alternative offers. You viewed the property on 31/7 and made your first offer on 2/8. This was the lowest offer we received. Over the next 2 weeks you made three further offers, the last being emailed to us on 16/8. This for clarity was still significantly below the asking price. I informed you at that time that the previous buyers had potentially resolved their mortgage issues and the property was likely to exchange and complete in the next couple of days. This did happen on the 16th and completed on the 18th. For clarity every time you offered on the property, this was acknowledged in writing to both you, and our seller. Our clients decision to reject your offers and other parties offers were also confirmed to both you and our seller in writing. I am sorry this potential purchase did not happen for you, however in these circumstances we have to take our clients instructions. Maybe if you had been forthcoming quicker with your revised offers at more realistic amounts you may have been more successful. Good Luck in the future Tony King Director

GoogleI recently asked Warren Anthony let a flat for me in Watford. I have to say that I was pretty impressed by their operation. They were very quick to market and I found their teamwork to be excellent - the flat was let within days and all the neccesary contract work done correctly. Highly recommend.

GoogleThis 5 star review comes easy. From the very first moment I met Dan in branch, I felt this is the team I want to work with. We had seen a property that matched our needs, and the ball was rolling. The sale of our own property was faced with hurdles, one which had stumped both Tony and Dan here at Warren Anthony, but equally my own sale agents team. Through good engagement from ourselves and the team at Warren Anthony we managed to ride out the chain of doom game and hold onto the property we wanted for the best part of 10 months. Tony even supported us on getting early access on the completion date, which was an absolute god send as the heavy rain after lunchtime was horrendous. Well dodged! I can’t recommend Warren Anthony enough in this small review alone - just to say you won’t be disappointed by their highly professional and honest work ethic. Kieran & Emilie

GoogleI wasn’t going to give them a review, but they asked for it… I purchased a property with my partner at the beg of 2023. We started looking for a property in summer 2022, and we had just found out we were pregnant. We needed to buy by the end of 2022 to give us enough time before baby arrived. We found a property we liked with Warren Anthony, and started asking questions, specifically we wanted to change the layout and remove carpets. The estate agent said there wouldn’t be any problem doing the renovation… and we trusted him. Turns out, the lease was quite strict and we were not allowed to carry on any of the works we wanted to do… and we only found out after signing. We had also said that we needed everything done by year end… and he said that it was doable. We got the keys at the end of February, I gave birth 1 week after moving in… and luckily we only gave notice to the property we were renting AFTER getting the keys, because if we had when the estate agent told us to, we would have lived under a bridge for 2 months. The estate agent when confronted about the lease said that he didn’t know and that he had sold a lot of flats and lots of people had made the changes we wanted to make, even suggested to carry on anyway “because nobody is ever going to find out”. If he didn’t know for sure, he shouldn’t have said that we could. In summary, we don’t recommend, they would tell you anything in order to sell you the property. As first time buyers we were quite naive and trusted a salesman that would probably sell his soul if it ensured him a signed deal.

GoogleWarren Anthony helped me sell my flat in February 2023. I had a lot of complications with cladding issues which made the process a lot more difficult but WA were super helpful and supportive with this. I would recommend them for anyone looking to sell as the cost is very reasonable and along with the knowledge from my property will be able to help others that are in same situation that I was.
