This company is the literal word of Making you feel like home until they take your money. Last year we moved to a new house from an old one(which was really expensive)for personal reasons. But as our contract wasn't expired at the time we consulted these people(both houses are managed by them). But they informed us it's fine since both houses are under the same company. And they helped us a lot, not gonna lie. Specially Emily was amazing. So we did a deep cleaning to the entire house and took some photos and we moved in to the new one. But after that the storm arrived. There were literally hundreds of emails send by them claiming we damaged the property. There were tremendous amount of dirt blah blah blah. But we knew that it can't be true because we had photos and we only lived there for 2 months. And there was a back to back email conflict with us. We demanded to see the property again to confirm those damages ourselves but they neglected it. But they send us a few photos of so called damages which were fungus that naturally grows on outside of the property. Plus without our knowledge a worker came to repair outside of that property while we were there and he made a mess with cement outside which this company claimed was done by us. So after a month of fighting we gave up and they took a huge sum from the holding deposit. After a few weeks we got to know that it was all along the landlord, and this company worked according to his plan as he was extremely unsatisfied of us moving before the contract expired. Plus there was another company involved, but we couldn't find much of them. The worst landlord and the most cunning renting agency we have seen. Now who ever will reply to this with there own answer, please remember it's useless. We know what you did and you can't hide it.

I am a Landlord with a 1 bed flat & Warren Anthony have been acting as my Agent for over 5 years providing an introduction & referencing service on paper, but in reality, supporting with so much more. Initially, Stephen, the Lettings Department head, was my contact and latterly his team members Keely then most recently this year, Emily T. No questions have ever been too much for any of the WA team and they go above & beyond to find tenants that not only suit the functional purpose of being a tenant, but also who’d match well with me as a Landlord. This sounds like a funny thing to say, however being in agency recruitment, I totally appreciate this element. As I am local to my property I manage it, and as such my business to WA is small fry, however, they never make me feel this way & allow me to deal with what I need to & also help me with changes in legislation etc. even months after my tenants have moved in. I can honestly say, in an era where customer service & care seem to be lacking, it’s absolutely not felt here. Thank you Stephen, Emily & Emily, Sandra and Jordan!

Great at the start - helpful and friendly in the beginning stages of renting. Replied quickly to emails and our paperwork was handled quickly. The issues arised once we were at the property; there was little to no care for our wellbeing and a lack of professionalism in the email correspondance from more than one employee. At the end of the day it's another bloodthirsty and money grabbing agency who will not stop to care about your raised concerns. Even if the property is managed by a landlord not them directly, they are choosing to represent that landlord, and so hold responsibility for advertising something to paying tenants.

Dan & Tony we're great. I did try to sell my property with a previous estate agent for 18 months, but no luck. We waited for more than a week asking the agent and the answer we always received was :"i m waiting for the tenant to give me an appointment". After just one day i contacted another agent and what they told me is that the hkuse was already rented. How is that possible when i was waiting for an appointment?
