Warren Anthony Watford reviews

Good afternoon Chris Apologies for the late response we have had issues access in our account which are now resolved. I am disappointed at your comments and would lay reference to your email dated 1st December @ 14.56 to our Harrison Knight where, i quote "We would like to thank you for your time and help over the past months." This would be around a similar time to your review. I know you have had many issues with your landlord which i believe we have assisted you with on many occasions. Brenda Wright has been working tirelessly to resolve these issues for you however the delays have been with the lack of your Landlord's response. Our property maintenance department is a very important part of our business and service levels are affected beyond our control when Landlords fail to respond. I am also aware that some of the issues we did get resolved were off our own back and at our cost. I am sorry you are disappointed with our service but hope moving forward and with our landlords co-operation we can improve the service. Yours Sincerely Tony King Director
