GoogleExcellence sales and rental team at Warren Anthony. Efficient professional hard working and gets the job done! Returns email and calls very quickly unlike so many estate agents in the area. Highly recommend Warren Anthony for both sales and lettings.

GoogleThis agency is terrible the fees are extortionate as are the property's they market. We rent with them and have been for 18months, our property is managed by the agency under a lady named Brena. Brenda comes across like she wants to help but you soon realise it is all an act, she interrupts you on the phone and doesn't allow you to finish your sentences. She hurries you when you report a problem, then assures you the issue will be dealt with. 1 week goes by so you call to chase, then another week, then another, eventually about a month after you reported the initial problem she might get someone round. Now this handyman isn't qualified in any way everything we have had done in our flat has been bodged by him, including a blind which he put in wrong so now just hangs off the wall. He refuses to cut it to size as he says he does not have the eqiptment. "Why" I ask the estate agent "did you send him?". Answer " we haven't got anybody else". Then after 6months of renting they try and put the rent up, then again another year down the line not by a small amount either 10% higher is what they're after. Yet over the street a property identical to the one I live in currently is already £65 cheaper per week, soon to be £105 once the rent increase is imposed on us. I am a landlord and renter as I bought my property in a different part of the country then moved to Watford for work. I would never use this estate agents in a million years as I wouldn't trust them to maintain my property or treat me/ my tenants in a respectful manner. Save yourself a lot if Hassel and rent with a different agent.

GoogleThere's a good reason why well-reputed estate agents are regulated by NAEA, ARLA and The Property Ombudsman; because they are accountable and required to treat clients (buyers & sellers) fairly. If you check their website before trusting your highest asset with them you'll see they are not a member of any of the above organisations unless they feel too cool to share such information with public. The staff at Warren Anthony are rude, unprofessional and as for management, it barely exists. The service they provide doesn't even deserve one star!

GoogleWhen purchasing our house WA were the estate agent selling it. We were mostly in contact with Dan who was very friendly and helpful throughout the purchase. He was always very flexible when organising numerous viewings, mainly on the weekend. Also when we were having problems with our solicitor, Dan tried to help out as best he could to help the process run smoothly. Many thanks for all your help!
