FacebookMyself and my partner recently experienced a very bad experience under the guidance of James Neave. They expressed exceedingly poor tenancy support in a time of need. During the whole tenancy, if there were any problems with the landlord and/or property, we received little to no support and our emails and questions (some 2/3 pages long) were either avoided or just completely ignored. We certainly felt second best to the landlords and it felt as if the agency were happy to 'let us down' to simply keep the landlords happy. We've chosen to go private this year, firstly to avoid the poor treatment from a third party and secondly, to avoid agency fees.

FacebookWe have just moved into a lovely flat in Walton and I cannot express how helpful the whole team at James Neave has been at making this transition as smooth as possible. From Oscar finding us the apartment to Anna talking us through the process, we couldn't have been more supported and it has been an absolute joy to deal with the team! We have felt prioritised throughout and have now moved feeling happy and relaxed.
