Our experience with James Neave estate agent in Walton was extremely disappointing and upsetting. From the outset, the communication was consistently rude and unprofessional. At no point did we feel respected or valued as tenants. The staff spoke to us in a condescending tone, often making us feel uncomfortable and belittled. There was a complete lack of compassion or understanding in every interaction we had with them. Rather than providing support or guidance, they made an already stressful process even more difficult. It felt as though they had no regard for basic courtesy or client care. Renting through this agency was one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had.

We mainly dealt with a Chap called Jordon Knight who was very friendly and professional. He was in contact with us keeping us updated as much as possible and helped chase solicitors both sides a real asset to the company. Are sale would have taken far longer without Jordons help and chasing. We have been working with the Walton team since 2016. They managed the letting of our apartment in The Heart, and later its sale. This team has provided responsive, knowledgeable and unfailingly helpful service throughout the 10 years we have been working with them. They always go the extra mile! If our usual contact was unavailable, someone else in the team was fully briefed to step in. Hannah and the letting team have been 100% supportive through several tenancies. They have arranged new tenancies and timely maintenance & repairs whenever needed, keeping us fully informed of cost estimates & progress. Quarterly checks of the apartment always arrived on time and were most informative. The team's guidance & advice has been invaluable. The sale of the apartment was particularly challenging with 3 parties of solicitors involved. Ryan kept things moving forward, keeping everyone informed on progress, with back up from Andy.
