I found the service provided to be very helpful, friendly and professional. Both Andy and Ryan were very quick to respond to my enquiries. They were understanding and helpful in resolving issues and never became dismissive or impatient when I or my solicitor raised concerns which is in contrast to some of my experiences with other estate agents for previous purchases. Instead they helped to resolve everything to both the buyers and sellers satisfaction which I think worked out best for both the sellers and me and made the whole experience much pleasanter/less stressful.

GoogleAn absolute disgrace, Rma will try and defraud you and steal your deposit. Silas Singh lied about having cleaning and repairs done tried to deduct £800 after I paid for a cleaner for a house that was a state when I moved in. He refused to even let me start the deposit dispute process so it took me nearly 4 months to get my deposit back. There are many other reviews stating the same. Avoid Rma at all costs.

Would highly recommend James Neave to future vendors and buyers. Andy Davies was my vendors estate agent but actually was far more helpful throughout the sale than my own, especially when it came to solicitors issues. He not only kept all parties informed but worked well with both sides in getting the process completed smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble, the house I bought had been empty for a while and any queries/concerns we raised were always dealt with promptly. I would definitely use again and have already recommended to others

I was initially looking to buy a flat in Walton-on-Thames but, luckily for me, I met up with Andy Davies of James Neave and, lo and behold, I have just completed on a brilliant two bedroom flat in Weybridge. It’s in an ideal location (near the Thames - obv)! Due to circumstances beyond Andy’s control the whole process took a lot longer than either of us envisaged at the outset. Happily, due to Andy’s patience and professionalism, coupled with a wonderfully patient and helpful vendor, we got there in the end. I have no hesitation in recommending James Neave should you be considering selling your property.

I bought my flat through James Neave nearly 8 years ago, and they were so efficient then, that when we came to selling it I knew they were the right people to instruct. In a market that was proving difficult to shift flats they found us a buyer in good time, and went truly above and beyond helping us to get it sold in our time frame whilst keeping us updated every step of the way. Aside from this, they really are all such lovely, genuine and down to earth people ( Ryan kept coming back to our flat /calling back, time and time again for valuations over the years until we finally decided to sell, and Andy always picked up and called back whenever I rang with inane questions!) , that I really would recommend them to anyone, In a process that took months, there wasn't a problem to be had at any time, and I genuinely trusted them and the process the whole way through. We love the JN team, and when it comes to selling our new place, whenever that may be, we will use them then too!

GoogleDisappointing and inefficient service We had a very poor experience with James Neave. Despite providing our full and clear property requirements upfront, the team repeatedly sent us unsuitable options and arranged viewings that were a complete waste of time. The viewings themselves were poorly organised and unhelpful and interactions with several staff members came across as disinterested and unprofessional. Overall, the process lacked attention to detail, basic competence and respect for our time. I would not recommend them and would suggest looking elsewhere if you want a more efficient and professional service.

From the moment i walked into James Neave office to enquire about putting my property on the market, i instantly felt at ease and at home. Andy met me with warmth and a lot of knowledge. This was the second agent I listed my flat with, after I had given notice to the first. Things moved very fast thereafter meeting Andy. Even before the flat went on the market we had viewings booked. As soon as it went on the market it was insane the interest that came through the door. Very quickly it was sold. Jordan my sales progressor was nothing short of amazing, patient, kind and a delight to work with. My buyers became difficult at times whilst I was going through the onward on my end and Jordan and Andy handled it with absolute grace trying to minimise as much stress as possible. We completed within the timelines I was advised and as hassle free as it could be. I cannot recommend James Neave highly enough or say good enough things. If you are thinking of selling your house, look no further becasue the experience is something you cannot buy in this industry but here you will be plesantly suprised. Thank you for everything Andy and Jordan and wish you all the best!

GoogleIt was a pleasure dealing with RMA this week, especially our property manager, Farhan. Our tenants reported a few maintenance issues which, in my experience with other agencies, usually take a long time to resolve. To our surprise, Farhan dealt with everything so promptly and efficiently that I felt compelled to leave a five-star review. Huge thanks to the RMA team for the fantastic service!

GoogleBefore renting, I looked at these reviews and thought - well, I’m an experienced renter, if everything goes well, I’d have nothing to worry about. If you feel this way, PLEASE reconsider and save yourself the trouble. RMA does not value your time, take care of their properties, or have any semblance of competence. Worst of all, they WILL try to exploit you and take as much of your deposit as possible. After our agent (Emma Kearney) completely fumbled the replacement or a broken appliance, she ignored us for months until we moved out, at which point Silas Singh said they’d take £750 out of our deposit for it. Even trying to sort this out with the DPS is excruciating, as RMA takes a week to reply to any email that isn’t them asking you for money. In the end, the DPS resolved that we’d only pay £50! My advice to potential tenants is to seek out an agency less incompetent, negligent, and exploitative than RMA, i.e. any other agency in town. My advice to former tenants is to seek out the DPS and Property Ombudsman for compensation, as they were established to protect renters from this exact type of estate agent.

GoogleWhen we started looking for a property initially I was filled with dread as my previous experience with estate agents has not been positive however I was wonderfully surprised with our great experience with James Neave. We had a few hiccups with our lenders during the sale process which led to unforeseen delays but throughout Ryan and Andy worked really hard with us to help push the sale through even though there were many moments when the seller wanted to pull out. We can't thank the team enough for all their help. They're just lovely people who want to help genuinely help you! This experience has certainly helped reduce my anxiety of buying a property and restored my faith about estate agents! Would highly recommend them whether you're buying or selling in the local area!

What a service and breath of fresh air Andy Davis is from James Neave Estate Agents, we had a long and drawn out Probate to go through but Andy stuck with us continued to keep our purchaser up to speed and interested in the property. Nothing was to much trouble for him in fact a few of the things he did for us were well above his pay grade lol. In short if you need an agent who will look after you and the sales process Andy is your man. Thanks Andy for all your help and keep selling.

I could see why, Andy and the team were fantastic throughout. Regular updates, always available and very proactive. GoogleI strongly advise any students to NEVER sign a contract with RMA. Maintenance number doesn’t work, there are massive oversights on major problems such as internal and external water leaks into electrical sockets, no checks carried out on the property before move-in day so was in a dirty unkempt condition, and constant back and forth over issues that have been raised 6+ months prior.
