GoogleWe had a great experience with James Neave buying our first home. As firsttime buyers we didn’t know what to expect but the sale was quick and smooth. Charlie initially looked after us and when he went on holiday Ryan took over and was brilliant, friendly, approachable and very professional. He kept in touch constantly and proactively chased both solicitors which made a huge difference. Would definitely recommend.

Our property was on the market with James Neave estate agents for almost 2 weeks before securing a buyer (after being on for 3-4 months with another estate agent). Andy helped us to remain calm through a really stressful process and keep us up to date every step of the way. Couldn’t recommend to use these estate agents more! Thank you to Andy and his team!

GoogleI rented through RMA for three years and would strongly advise against using them if you have any choice. During the tenancy, communication was consistently poor. Maintenance requests were dealt with very slowly, and contractors often turned up without any notice at random times. The check-out process has been unbelievably bad. A full month after moving out, I have still received no communication about my deposit, despite calling daily and being told I need to speak to my property manager (Silas), who never returns calls. When moving out, I specifically asked to be told within seven days if a reclean was required so I could send back the professional cleaners. Instead, RMA waited until 5:05pm on the final day, when the free reclean window had already expired, to tell us one was needed. I had no choice but to pay an additional fee to send the cleaners back, which I did to ensure the property was left in good order. Even the landlord has since confirmed the property was in good condition, yet I am still waiting for any update on the deposit return. I will now have to go through the DPS as RMA are unwilling to return the deposit. If you have any choice, avoid renting with RMA.

GoogleRead the reviews before conducting any business with RMA. Not to be trusted. My dealings with RMA. Kurt, the worker I had dealings with was extremely polite and helpful throughout my stay... However, when it came to recovering my security deposit. Emails aren't responded to in good time. It has been nearly a full calendar month when they have a statutory 14 days to return a deposit. I am being charged for the cleaning of communal areas, which I have never used. I never did washing at the property or cooked a meal, this will be verified but those i shared with. I also moved out 5 weeks before the others renting rooms in an HMO. How do I ensure those areas are clean when I have handed back the keys. I also informed them of my need to move out early between 2 and 3 weeks ahead of time. Asking if anything wasn't up to their standard to let me know as the contract was still running. What I had was a licence to use communal areas, and in exactly the same way if I had a driving licence but never drove, not in a million years am I accepting a speeding ticket. Guaranteed they will use a ludacrisly overpriced cleaning company also. So because of this we're now in as dispute. Bitter ending

The sale was complicated, but they managed it efficiently, always acting promptly and providing updates throughout the process. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleThe agents themselves never replied to emails and when the deposit was due to be given back for our tenancy they took a very long time to give the details of the issues with the house - these issues included charging us for cleaning for a cupboard full of the landlords junk which was there at the start of the tenancy! STAY AWAY they will most definitely over charge u for the deposit at the end
