GoogleI'm quite surprised by the negative reviews as my experience so far has been nothing short of excellent (moved into their property recently). Emily, who is responsible for this property, is very friendly, responds to questions and requests immediately, and is super helpful in general. Quite a few things were not ideal and they got addressed right away. In fact, things got fixed of which I wasn't even aware that they were broken. So far, I'm super happy with RMA!

We have used James Neave for many years as our rental agents (in particular Andy Davies) and they have always been very good, reliable, responsive and have taken the pain out of renting our 3 properties. Now we are selling these properties and yet again Andy and his team have come to the fore and have been very proactive all the way through the sales process to completion in what has been a difficult selling market. I thoroughly recommend James Neave as a selling and rental agency and in particular Andy Davies who has been excellent.

We invited a number of local agents to value our property in 2022, some were quite simply out of touch of the market in regard to our unique house. Yes, some were quoting 'we can get you this price and that' yet we knew the market and wanted a fair sale price that reflected our house; so turned them down. Andy, from James Neave, just got it, got us, knew the local market from years of experience, arranged everything, including drone shots and the like. He and his team more importantly engaged with us professionally, managed the viewings, of which we had numerous in the pre-web advertising days, as well as when the house went live on the usual websites. This filled us with confidence that the sale price was right; we had a few offers, and Andy and his team secured the sale price we were happy with. Andy offered that personal service you don't often see, kept us fully informed and even sent flowers on my wife's birthday. I would highly recommend Andy and his team.

We first crossed paths with Andy from James Neave when we viewed a property in Ashford TW15 with a view to purchasing it. We decided against it, but had, in the process, met a very nice man! As a direct result of the minimal amount of time we had spent with Andy, we knew that we would want to work with him to help sell our property. Long story short, we almost sold our property and then decided not to. Throughout the process, Andy visited us and was friendly, warm and offered us advice when we asked questions. THEN, we decided to buy a property to renovate. When we needed help to get an estimated value of its worth after renovation, and no one else would help, Andy stepped up. He still didn't know for sure if he would secure business from us, but was wonderfully open to helping us. When we did finally buy the reno and sell it we didn't want to work with anyone else and we made absolutely the right decision. Andy and his team had the renovated property sold within 2 weeks of it being on the market and the sale completed within 4 months. For the duration of the selling process Andy was available to us on WhatsApp, phone or email to offer support and advice. He chased and chased and chased those solicitors and represented us so well. We could not have asked for a better estate agent to work with and support us in, what was, a stressful period of time. I would not hesitate to recommend Andy and his team and would be happy to speak to anyone who wants to know more about why I feel this way. Thank you James Neave!

In many cases, concerns seem to arise from deposit deductions due to damages, which is a standard and fair process followed by most letting agencies. From my side, everything has always been handled with complete transparency and professionalism. There are no hidden charges, and all terms are clearly explained from the beginning. As long as expectations are met, the process is smooth and straightforward.

FacebookHaving recently just completed on a purchase through James Neave, I have nothing but positive things to say about the James Neave team. My purchase, although seemingly straightforward, no chain at either side, was beset by delays caused by third parties. Andy at James Neave was always quick to respond and react in order to get things Moving forward again. We got there in the end and it felt like a genuine team effort and although the estate agent acts for the seller I feel that the team pulled out every effort to support me as the buyer as well.If I ever come to sell a property, I will definitely use James Neave as my agent.

GoogleJordan supported us from the initial viewings all the way through to completion. His friendliness, professionalism and proactiveness really shone through. It really did make a difference in the buying process and he was always on call if we needed anything. Andy and his team have also been brilliant. We are now using JN to let the property and are very much looking forward to working with them. So far all the staff from the lettings team have also been fantastic. GoogleThis property company has some staff that are very rude, unorganised and also liars. Make sure you keep communication with them on email or text, so that it's on record. Kurt was not very helpful, he was condescending, and will not allow one to speak. He needs to be trained, in customer service and effective communication.
