Jasmin and Andy were brilliant, we sold our house and purchased a beautiful park home. We were kept informed all the way and guided through the purchase of our park home. All the team at the Walton branch were able to answer questions if either Andy or Jasmin were out. We were anxious and feeling quite stressed prior to and on completion day, they helped and everything went so smoothly, would highly recommend James Neave they are the best.

James Neave sold my property with in a week, Clive and Andy were on hand 24/7 with help and advice as i had a few issues with the one i was buying, nothing was ever a problem. We have used James Neave for many years as our rental agents (in particular Andy Davies) and they have always been very good, reliable, responsive and have taken the pain out of renting our 3 properties. Now we are selling these properties and yet again Andy and his team have come to the fore and have been very proactive all the way through the sales process to completion in what has been a difficult selling market. I thoroughly recommend James Neave as a selling and rental agency and in particular Andy Davies who has been excellent.

We invited a number of local agents to value our property in 2022, some were quite simply out of touch of the market in regard to our unique house. Yes, some were quoting 'we can get you this price and that' yet we knew the market and wanted a fair sale price that reflected our house; so turned them down. Andy, from James Neave, just got it, got us, knew the local market from years of experience, arranged everything, including drone shots and the like. He and his team more importantly engaged with us professionally, managed the viewings, of which we had numerous in the pre-web advertising days, as well as when the house went live on the usual websites. This filled us with confidence that the sale price was right; we had a few offers, and Andy and his team secured the sale price we were happy with. Andy offered that personal service you don't often see, kept us fully informed and even sent flowers on my wife's birthday. I would highly recommend Andy and his team.

We first crossed paths with Andy from James Neave when we viewed a property in Ashford TW15 with a view to purchasing it. We decided against it, but had, in the process, met a very nice man! As a direct result of the minimal amount of time we had spent with Andy, we knew that we would want to work with him to help sell our property. Long story short, we almost sold our property and then decided not to. Throughout the process, Andy visited us and was friendly, warm and offered us advice when we asked questions. THEN, we decided to buy a property to renovate. When we needed help to get an estimated value of its worth after renovation, and no one else would help, Andy stepped up. He still didn't know for sure if he would secure business from us, but was wonderfully open to helping us. When we did finally buy the reno and sell it we didn't want to work with anyone else and we made absolutely the right decision. Andy and his team had the renovated property sold within 2 weeks of it being on the market and the sale completed within 4 months. For the duration of the selling process Andy was available to us on WhatsApp, phone or email to offer support and advice. He chased and chased and chased those solicitors and represented us so well. We could not have asked for a better estate agent to work with and support us in, what was, a stressful period of time. I would not hesitate to recommend Andy and his team and would be happy to speak to anyone who wants to know more about why I feel this way. Thank you James Neave!

I found the service provided to be very helpful, friendly and professional. Both Andy and Ryan were very quick to respond to my enquiries. They were understanding and helpful in resolving issues and never became dismissive or impatient when I or my solicitor raised concerns which is in contrast to some of my experiences with other estate agents for previous purchases. Instead they helped to resolve everything to both the buyers and sellers satisfaction which I think worked out best for both the sellers and me and made the whole experience much pleasanter/less stressful.

Would highly recommend James Neave to future vendors and buyers. Andy Davies was my vendors estate agent but actually was far more helpful throughout the sale than my own, especially when it came to solicitors issues. He not only kept all parties informed but worked well with both sides in getting the process completed smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble, the house I bought had been empty for a while and any queries/concerns we raised were always dealt with promptly. I would definitely use again and have already recommended to others

I was initially looking to buy a flat in Walton-on-Thames but, luckily for me, I met up with Andy Davies of James Neave and, lo and behold, I have just completed on a brilliant two bedroom flat in Weybridge. It’s in an ideal location (near the Thames - obv)! Due to circumstances beyond Andy’s control the whole process took a lot longer than either of us envisaged at the outset. Happily, due to Andy’s patience and professionalism, coupled with a wonderfully patient and helpful vendor, we got there in the end. I have no hesitation in recommending James Neave should you be considering selling your property.

I bought my flat through James Neave nearly 8 years ago, and they were so efficient then, that when we came to selling it I knew they were the right people to instruct. In a market that was proving difficult to shift flats they found us a buyer in good time, and went truly above and beyond helping us to get it sold in our time frame whilst keeping us updated every step of the way. Aside from this, they really are all such lovely, genuine and down to earth people ( Ryan kept coming back to our flat /calling back, time and time again for valuations over the years until we finally decided to sell, and Andy always picked up and called back whenever I rang with inane questions!) , that I really would recommend them to anyone, In a process that took months, there wasn't a problem to be had at any time, and I genuinely trusted them and the process the whole way through. We love the JN team, and when it comes to selling our new place, whenever that may be, we will use them then too!

From the moment i walked into James Neave office to enquire about putting my property on the market, i instantly felt at ease and at home. Andy met me with warmth and a lot of knowledge. This was the second agent I listed my flat with, after I had given notice to the first. Things moved very fast thereafter meeting Andy. Even before the flat went on the market we had viewings booked. As soon as it went on the market it was insane the interest that came through the door. Very quickly it was sold. Jordan my sales progressor was nothing short of amazing, patient, kind and a delight to work with. My buyers became difficult at times whilst I was going through the onward on my end and Jordan and Andy handled it with absolute grace trying to minimise as much stress as possible. We completed within the timelines I was advised and as hassle free as it could be. I cannot recommend James Neave highly enough or say good enough things. If you are thinking of selling your house, look no further becasue the experience is something you cannot buy in this industry but here you will be plesantly suprised. What a service and breath of fresh air Andy Davis is from James Neave Estate Agents, we had a long and drawn out Probate to go through but Andy stuck with us continued to keep our purchaser up to speed and interested in the property. Nothing was to much trouble for him in fact a few of the things he did for us were well above his pay grade lol. Andy and his team were excellent from start to finish and were always super quick to pass communication to and from the seller. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. We dealt with numerous estate agents when putting in offers on other properties but dealing with James Neave was by far the best experience. All the staff were professional, friendly and genuine. The speed of communication and their ability to push through our questions to the seller and get fast answers was really excellent.

I can recommend James Neave estate agents with no hesitation whatsoever. I sold my flat through them and the whole process was handled with professionalism from start to finish. Andy and Amber in particular went above and beyond. Excellent communication, regular updates and feedback following viewings, as well as chasing solicitors. The price I was looking for was achieved and the only thing that slowed things down related to it being a leasehold property, so not much they could have done there. A* service. Thank you!
