I used James Neave for both the off market sale of my flat and the purchase of a new home. I went to James Neave and Andy Davies in particular, as having bought my flat through them 6 years previously, I found them to not possess any of the negative traits usually attributed to estate agents. Friendly, straight talking and always able to manage expectations, I wasn't subjected to time wasting viewings just to demonstrate that work was being done, which was important to me. We had a very narrow window to complete and Andy, without prompting, was all over the detail in pushing the solicitors of all parties involved to get this over the line, which we did, and I am sure in no small part to Andy's attention to detail and powers of persuasion. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

GoogleThis company is out to take your money. they do not return deposits and left me in a flooded house for weeks at a time without intervening. dis board was tripping repeatedly so power was not guaranteed. do NOT rent fro mthis company! over and out.

GoogleI have been renting property through RMA for many years and they have always been responsive and helpful with any questions issues arising and sorting it promptly. Recently the boiler broke down and Silas gave me a call back after I reported the issue and the engineer arrived in less than 30mins. I have only had a good experience renting through them.
