Welcome to our estate agency office in Walton-on-Thames. We specialise in residential properties for sale in Walton and Hersham, KT12 including Ashley Park, Burhill Park, Burwood Park and the surrounding villages. We also have a dedicated lettings team. Curchods continue to be the most effective selling agent in Walton-on-Thames for one very good reason, our Resident Partner, Warren Fraser MNAEA and his team which have over 150 years’ experience in the industry between them. Having lived in the town for nearly 30 years, with 25 of those spent as an Estate Agent in Walton, we’re certain nobody, in the context of local agencies, knows the area better than Warren Fraser! GoogleI wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. GoogleI have just agreed a sale through the Bishop Auckland branch of JWW, and I can't speak highly enough of the team. Martyn, Amanda and Barbara have been looking after the sale, and they have been lovely to deal with.The photos where fantastic and their marketing is great, it must have work because a sale was agreed within a week of going live on rightmove. They were really been accommodating and helpful, especually when I decided to go on holiday the same week as deciding to market my property! Its early days in the process, but fingerscrossed the rest of the sale will runs as smoothly, Im sure it will in light of the professionalism I have experienced so far.

GoogleCareful consideration when renting through these people, like with all the rest of them, they can be neatly lumped into a pile of rent droppings. They will do their best to cling onto unjustifiable rent deductions and make assumptions about your cleaning technique to try to make it happen. We live in an era of ever growing wealth equality where they will want as much out of you as they can, because of this "new norm". Question everything, their not smart. Sales people aren't a match for someone who possesses +13 year analytical science.
