Welcome to our estate agency office in Walton-on-Thames. We specialise in residential properties for sale in Walton and Hersham, KT12 including Ashley Park, Burhill Park, Burwood Park and the surrounding villages. We also have a dedicated lettings team. Curchods continue to be the most effective selling agent in Walton-on-Thames for one very good reason, our Resident Partner, Warren Fraser MNAEA and his team which have over 150 years’ experience in the industry between them. Having lived in the town for nearly 30 years, with 25 of those spent as an Estate Agent in Walton, we’re certain nobody, in the context of local agencies, knows the area better than Warren Fraser! GoogleI have both bought a house via Paul, and I have sold a house via Paul - surprisingly. He was consistently 100% from start to finish. Responsive and always happy to help (even when it might be slightly out of his realm, which it often was). The sale was long, with many many problems along the way. Paul couldn’t have acted any better throughout. Could not recommend Paul enough.

GoogleMade a deal with Khilan which he accepted. He then made a 'eweturn' on the agreement and reneged on his deal. Not a person or man of his word. Also has incredibly oversized feet for his height and stole a staff members lunch (delicious Pizza) from our premises. Do not trust this person.
This individual has never been a customer of my estate agency business and their review relates solely to a separate dispute regarding a used vehicle purchase. I left an honest review based on my experience as a customer after issues with the vehicle were not properly resolved. Unfortunately, instead of addressing those concerns professionally, the response here contains personal insults and unrelated comments. I believe reviews should reflect genuine experiences with the actual business being reviewed, and I’ll continue to conduct my business professionally and transparently.

GoogleI don’t even know where to start with this review without turning it into a novel.. But my partner and I found ourselves in the right situation to move up the property ladder. We had previous agents come into our old home but no one could be compared to our first interaction with Jon Williams. His personal experience in the housing industry outweighed anyone else's we had previously met. He explained everything to us, including the costs with no hidden charges and how it all works from start to finish. There was an instant like from us towards Jon. Jon is extremely approachable, knowledgeable and very helpful. He had a professional photographer come in to guide us on the best way to show our home to get it ready for viewings. Jon was with us every step of the way for selling and buying even if it wasn’t his responsibility, and unlike other agents we’ve dealt with. He is still on the other side on the phone if we’ve any questions even after we’ve moved. He already knows, if we did ever want to go through all of this again then he would be our first point of contact. Thank you so much Jon.
