We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MG to anyone thinking of selling their property. Their marketing is second to none and really ensures your property stands out from the crowd. Viewings are easy to schedule and the instant feedback is amazing. Special mention goes to Kat, who took so much time and attention to detail to ensure our home was showcased at its best in the photos. After 17 years in our family home, it was refreshing to find an estate agent that did not pressure us and worked in our best interests at all times. We completed after a year in a bumpy market, and we are so glad we stuck it out. Gavin was always calm, reassuring and confident that we would get there in the end. We did, and it was all worth it! We thought that Fine and Country only dealt with houses beyond our price range, but were fortunate to view a house being sold by them and then took them up on their offer of a valuation on both of our houses. What an amazing Estate Agent, we sold both of our houses and bought one together through Fine and Country!  Selling and buying houses through Fine and Country Norwich was an excellent experience. From the initial contact with Helen, to the post selling process with Philippa we were guided and kept informed throughout. Natasha, Richard Heidi and Tamsin were always available for queries and were most helpful and supportive. All Fine and Country Norwich staff understand that it is a stressful experience for people when selling and buying houses and do their best to smooth out any issues. They ensure that the processes run smoothly by liaising with the buyer’s estate agent and solicitors. When it came to buying through Fine and Country we felt that they were finding us a home that was perfect for us, rather than just 'selling houses' as other estate agents seemed to do. Did I mention the brochure, it can only be described as fantastic, partly down to the amazing photographs courtesy of F&C’s photographer Mike Palmer, but also to Heidi’s superb wordsmithing.

Absolutely appalled by the service from JW Wood Bishop Auckland. One member of staff came across extremely rude, arrogant and completely dismissive when genuine concerns were raised. I was refused the opportunity to even speak to the manager and was told he “wouldn’t waste his time” talking to me, which says everything about the level of professionalism within this branch. Customer service seems to be the last thing they care about. A very unpleasant experience from start to finish and certainly not how clients should be treated. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before dealing with them.

The initial meeting with the agent was ok, he talked us through the different avenues that we could take and sue to our circumstances we chose to do the auction route, which was meant to be the quickest.That’s where it all went down hill in the three months we were with them we had roughly 10 viewing Izzy and Ollie were lovely, friendly showing people around. We were at home when most of the viewings were happening and found that we had to give the viewers the information that the estate agent or Joe at the auction place should have. Communication was bad, I always had to the chasing and in the end went to another estate agent (Wards) who has sold my house in three days. Enough said !

Couldn't recommend enough. So helpful and informative on the local area (we have relocated to Yorkshire). Rob went above and beyond to help us get the keys on completion, we had been caught in a lot of traffic on the drive up and was definitely outside of work hours, however he was ready to drop the keys off for us. They are so helpful. Getting viewings arranged was so quick and hassle free. Always answered voicemails quickly (unlike other companies!). Highly recommended and will personally use again if needed.

Rob was amazing from start to finish had all the answer to any question that was put to him and if he didn't, he would find out and get straight back to me. He was professional at all times, open and honest which is all you can ask for when selling a house. The photographs he took of the property were amazing, he dealt with all of the viewings without any disruption to me or my two young children.
