Welcome to our estate agency office in Walton-on-Thames. We specialise in residential properties for sale in Walton and Hersham, KT12 including Ashley Park, Burhill Park, Burwood Park and the surrounding villages. We also have a dedicated lettings team. Curchods continue to be the most effective selling agent in Walton-on-Thames for one very good reason, our Resident Partner, Warren Fraser MNAEA and his team which have over 150 years’ experience in the industry between them. Having lived in the town for nearly 30 years, with 25 of those spent as an Estate Agent in Walton, we’re certain nobody, in the context of local agencies, knows the area better than Warren Fraser! GoogleJon has been a great Agent to deal with - professional at all times and amazing Communication using WhatsApp groups. It’s really good to be able to deal with Jon direct rather than have to go through office staff which is often the case with Estate Agents. If only Solicitors were this good ! Would highly recommend Jon to anyone considering appointing an Estate Agent in Weymouth and surrounding areas.

We instructed Curchods to list on our behalf, and the property was offered on within a week. Our upstream move ended up being a complicated process (not Curchods related) but Sophie, Lucy & Marc were extremely competent, professional and dependable sources of communication between parties throughout. I urge anyone looking to sell their property in Surrey to consider Curchods, moving home is never straight forward, but engaging with a firm as good as Curchods certainly helps make it as painless as possible. GooglePaul and Damelza are really knowledgeable about the property business and the local area and have years of experience. The photos, video and write-up were high quality and they took the time to know our property. They didn't disappoint, selling our house quickly, above asking and to a solid buyer. Paul was always at the end of the phone when we needed him, he didn't disappear once the sale was agreed. He was straight talking and to the point and we appreciated the advice both he and Damelza had to give. If you want experts who are passionate about selling houses, these are your people. Do what they tell you. If you want mediocre employees or profiteers, go somewhere else.

GoogleWe have had our Panorama Unit 5 rental managed by Sawyer for the ten years since we acquired it. We have the full management option (which includes rent collection and all maintenance management, plus securing and handling tenants). In that time, we have found that all aspects have been handled in a fully professional manner. Tenant liaison is very good, liaison between us and the property manager is excellent, monthly rent payments are handled efficiently, and clear invoices, showing all transactions, are issued promptly. On the occasions when tenant changes have had to be made, we have found that the process has been handled to a high professional standard. The Sawyer property inspection regime is a strong element of their work.

Google5 stars aren't enough. Estate agents have rightfully earnt a poor reputation over the years and I have to say dealing with Rob has been a breath of fresh air. There is literally nothing I could fault about our experience and everything I would praise. Whilst I don't envisage ever wanting to move house again anytime soon in the event I did, I would call Rob imediately and I would encourage all of my friends and familly do the same. We found Rob to offer an extremely personal service which was transparent, straightforward and honest to not just us us as vendors but also to our buyer which undoubtedly helped to ensure our sale completed succesfully. Throughout he displayed tremendous insight and steered our sale in order to achieve the outcome that we wanted. As an independant, it was extremely refreshing to know that Rob only took on a few properties at a time in order to remain committed to our sale and remained contactable at anytime of day. Many discussions happened in evenings as we work full time and we felt we had Rob's undivided attention. Consequently our property sold quickly but more importantly for us, at a value higher than we had initially hoped which broadened the scope for our onward purchase. This was achieved largely due to Rob's responsiveness and the quality of listing that he put together. Rob was optimistic but also realistic about what we could achieve and then exceeded the expectations set out. Throughout he was friendly, approachable and never pushy. I genuinely can't think of a way our sale could have been handled any better. Thanks Rob, best Estate Agent we've ever encountered. I would give more stars if I could.
